What a disappointment! Haven’t been since 11/2024. The dipping sauce for the spring rolls has changed. Not good! Peanuts in it and no disclosure on the menu. The rolls were tasteless.
My SO enjoyed the Shrimp pho. My egg roll vermicelli was disgusting. The egg rolls were COLD. The outside was soggy. Cooked in the morning and set aside for the day? Not sure what the oily sauce was that was served with it….but that went in the trash! The front entrance has a small patio. It was filthy!! That should have been my first clue that dinner would not be good. There were candy wrappers, discarded cups, napkins, leaves, dirt, etc. Where is the pride of ownership and/or management that a welcoming entry can’t be provided? Do they own a broom?
Save your money…..there are much better places in ABQ.
This place has gone downhill both in food and cleanliness!
We won’t be back.

We came a few months ago and this was my first time there and there was a cockaroach crawling right next to our table and we had ordered pork spring rolls and they still charged for the service. However, we came this time to give the benefit of the doubt and we definitely wouldn’t come back we had ordered pork spring rolls again, and their meat is totally different it honestly seems like it’s chicken and smells like chicken and the server said it was pork but that was clearly not pork. It also took them a while to bring our drinks as well as their restaurant is not clean or organized. Their was things floating around in my “free water” they provided. Don’t recommend at all.

This restaurant is top tier for Vietnamese bone marrow pho. And they cook with beef tallow instead of seed oils too, way healthier.

Unlike other Phò restaurants there’s a small selection of combinations on Phò soups. Prices too much got charged extra bowls are too small, unlikely I return.

Quite frankly one of the most consistent, well tempered bowls of pho I’ve had in the western hemisphere. Just spicy enough to feel it but not ruin it, and the well done beef brisket was cut and cooked to perfection. I’m traveling cross country and this was a great treat.

My initial reaction to the food was not great! Lol. But it wasn’t bad. I ordered the combination pho. I personally like more aromas in my broth and they didn’t have it. However the broth was not heavy with oils or salt, so you know it was made here. The amount of meat they give you is generous!! 😍. The peanut sauce for the spring rolls were good and portioned well.
Overall, I would come here if I was in the neighborhood for lunch. Other items on the menu and well as reviews make me want to try other items. I was not disappointed only surprised. 👌the chili paste was sweeter and changed my pho flavor so I will not use that again. And they’re playing Mexican music, which again… just is different. lol.
Give this place a try! Not your typical pho place 💕

I've been wanting to try them and had high hopes. I was NOT disappointed. We were greeted nicely. The menu had plenty to choose from, but I was there for the Pho. The broth was simply perfect. Their chili oil added a great spiciness to it and is a building heat, so a little goes a long way. They had a great noodle, beef, and broth ratio for my preference. Overall, I was so pleased and will, without doubt, be back for more.

The broth was a hit or miss. Its taste wasn’t consistent. Some day the broth was so bland. Also, It wasn’t hot enough due to the metal bowls not containing heat. The chef was slow. There were only 5 or 6 customers but our foods took forever to come out. The chef was counting and measuring the portion and that took too long.
Suggest them getting a ceramic bowls to keep heat. The price is not up to its quality.
