The food is great, it is extremely tasty sand I actually typically don’t like pho, the service though, is very lacking. I’ve been here a lot and you’re lucky if you get a refill on your water and I almost always have to go up to the counter if I need anything, like a to go box or a refill or even silverware sometimes. I really hope their service improves.
I’ve eaten here 3 times, two of the 3 food was warm closer to cold then hot. While I only order pho noodles the flavor is different each time . Today is my 3rd time and my noodles have no flavor it taste like water. I added more beef flavor and it didn’t nothing. I’m wondering if maybe they missed an ingredient because of the holiday? I’m disappointed today. I should have just made some home cooked food.
This is the BEST Beef Pho I've had here in Burque! The broth is so flavorful & rich, just perfection! The combo Beef pho comes with TONS of meat in it. Personally, I love the marrow and tensions the best. We got the fried veggie& pork dumplings this time too. They were perfectly golden, crispy outside, juicy inside, just delicious! We also got the spring rolls, which contains pork & shrimp. We also had the steamed bao bun with marinated pork belly. The only down...
