Reno and the rest of the staff working today are amazing. There were some major issues caused by a driver of door dash. All of these issues were totally outside of the restaurant's control . None of it was their fault. However Reno took a proactive approach to customer service, she reached out to me, and was horrified to hear that I did not have my food. Pita Pit has become our go-to spot for when we are too tired or too lazy to cook. Reno consistently makes our pitas delicious and always ALWAYS makes sure there is never any tomatoes in our food. My wife is very allergic and not every place we go to takes her allergy seriously. So Thank You for being a safe place to eat good food, with awesome customer service, from employees like Reno. We will always be back.
