Ordered a sausage and mushroom pizza for carry out I only live 5 minutes away. It was cold and definitely over cooked. It was a huge disappointment as a friend recommended this pizzeria. I will definitely not be going back again.

I dined in with my family of 7 tonight. Their night shift was top notch! My husband and I were impressed with how hard the crew worked tonight. They provided excellent service to us and the food was great! They all deserve a raise!

Why is it when I order.half.pineapple and Ham u guys only put half. My.wife likes.half sausage an pepperoni I like ham an pineapple.. how hard is that to understand?

I ordered two slices of deep dish style pizza and instead got a small two 7-inch diameter regular pizzas. Either a messed-up order or false advertising.
The employees were nice though.

Ordered the all meat and it tasted off. I think it was the sausage. Craving pizza all day. Then it just tasted nasty. Trying to find something better than Pizza Hut and it was a bad choice.

I'm a huge fan of Pizza 9; however, not a fan of this store. Ordered carryout, arrived, walked in, stood in line, and waited patiently for my turn only for the P9 employee to skip me entirely and start helping a man that came in after me because he was apparently working DoorDash. When I stated I was next, her only excuse was that he was with DoorDash. Want to feel like your money nor time matter? Then head to this store and let them pick and choose who to serve.

Pizza 9 has a terrible return policy and customer service. I had a frustrating experience with Pizza 9. One of the items in my order was soggy and greasy, and when I called to address it, they told me I could only get it resolved if I returned the entire order. That seemed unreasonable since the rest of the food was fine, and I only wanted that specific item replaced. Instead of offering a practical solution, they left me no choice but to request them to make it again. By that time, two hours had passed, and I wasn’t in the mood anymore. Customer service should be more understanding and flexible in situations like this. Very disappointed.
Amazing pizza, this is the quality pizza that I remember. I hadn't ordered from this location in a long time staff was nice too. I had a really bad experience at another location. I was about to be done with Pizza 9, but this location did an amazing job.

I guess they don’t feed their workers, slice was missing and replaced Chuck E. Cheese style; they also screw up the Cyo it was like a regular pizza. Spent money on a specialty pizza just to get a basic pizza, don’t waist your money.
