I love Pizza 9 but this location is really inconsistent. The first time I ordered here, my double deep dish was so soaked it felt like it was going to fall through the box. Last night I tried again, asking to make sure it was crispy, so they put a disappointingly small amount of sauce. It really wasn’t even crispy even with less sauce. Every other Pizza 9 I have been to has been awesome, so I would consider going to another location even though this one is very close to me. I also heard a manager argue with a teammate before sending them home while waiting around 15 after my estimated pickup time.

We ordered an all meat 18 inch pizza last night. We were very disappointed when we received the pizza. There was hardly any meat on it and we never saw any pepperoni at all. We won't be ordering from here again

My favorite pizza is Pizza9. It's always hot and fresh. Very good quality. I love that they have vegan cheese too. The crew is always nice and your pie is ready when they say that it will be done. Have ordered here a few times and was so excited to get this tonight. We had Ordered a few pizzas and bread total was $45.16 all we had was $50 but not thinking of it being a issue since the only amount for change would be $5 back they refused to take our cash and was rude about it. Please make it make sense why we couldn’t pay with our $50 when no one would be giving back a bunch of change. Do better.

Not sure why, maybe these people who are employed here do Not know how to read orders. Most of our orders are always made wrong. Make things worst, all they can give you, for their Incompetence/inconvenience is a dessert. Also, their website needs a lot of improvisions, ex. order was for delivery but it automatically went to carryout. Login needs improments too.

Absolutely freaking AMAZING!!!! We always order delivery from this Pizza 9 and get the Deluxe Stuffed Crust and it's just so good, the other one with the sauce on top is also good ??
It was Sunday, Pre-game Rush for NFL Super Bowl . Placed a carry out order because we were passing though on our way home to Aztec from Roswell. The Customer Service was very pleasant, persistent and helpful. The Manager & employees were professional, friendly and polite. Great atmosphere. The deluxe pizza was very tasty. The beef calzone was delicious, light and golden brown dough, crust! And the spaghetti was delightful, a fav. We will defiantly make sure to stop at this location again!A Full 5 Stars and recommended!

Stuck at work from leg injury and unable to drive. Long story short my wife ordered a delivery pizza for me while she was at work so when I hadn't seen or heard Pizza 9 for over 1 hour I called the restaurant and asked where order was at, the person the other end told me the order was placed as a pickup. I stated that I had the confirmation of the order and was ordered as delivery. I explained my situation and was told that my order must of been placed incorrectly and that there was nothing they could do and wasn't their problem. When we are craving pizza we had always ordered Pizza 9 and always have it delivered and place a nice tip everytime! The female manager was very rude and had NO empthathy what so ever. After 20 minutes of arguing how the order was place eventually replaced the order and delivered to it. Worse customer service ever!
