Pizza 9 Golf Course

The most rude service I’ve ever received!!! I’ve gotten this place a few times and each time they mess up my order and I find hair in my food and pork I didn’t ask for!!! We go back and they make me pay for a whole new pizza instead of remaking it??? This is ridiculous and will be calling corporate. GET BETTER!!!

I had ordered door dash delivery last night. I ordered two 9" pizzas. One had pepperoni and green chili. The other was a fire eater pizza with added toppings. Both disappointing, kinda burnt, one pizza didn't seem to have any toppings. I don't think that I will order from them again. Guess the staff can't read tickets or might be too busy getting high. Who knows.

Great place

Just received our delivery order. Missing the cannolis. Is it that difficult to read an order anymore to ensure accuracy? This happens often and not just with Pizza 9–it’s almost all restaurants. Please make sure employees know how to read!

The guy I spoke to on the phone was rude and sarcastic to us - he talked as if we should know the answers to what we were asking, he said he already told us and said he made it clear the first time he said it, instead of clarifying it. He made us feel dumb and he hung up on us as soon as he could so we didn’t even order anything

Clean place, but the pizza is worse than frozen. Hard, salty, not too good.

There is a Chuck E. Cheese near by. You could swap their thin crest, pizza, and know what it ever know the difference.

Ohh.. almost forgot about them!! Order them.. it’s not what you expect.

Ordered at 830pm. Picked up at 850p. The customer service was non-existent. No one at the counter. When the guy came to the counter, he had a wad of money. No greeting, I'm just standing there for about 3 minutes. No communication. Then, he turned up the rudeness and handed me a burnt pizza. Tasted horrible. It was not the pizza 9 we are a custom to. Service is going down hill. Only those with good service will service. If people do not want to be happy at work, QUIT. Fire these slackers. There are good people out there who would enjoy their job.

The pizza itself was great, we got a gluten-free and dairy-free pizza. However, after the first slice, we noticed a hair baked into the second slice. We called the restaurant to get a refund because we were not going to eat it. The manager processed the refund but kept saying “Well, all of my employees have hairnets on”, which we saw first hand was not true. Two employees kept coming in and out of the store to vape without hairnets on.

The pizza itself tasted great but I would prefer to not have hair in my food.

WORST experience and service...save your money and order from Slice instead! You will for sure have a more enjoyable experience. I will never order from this dugsting place wirh bad service & food ever again!

The pizza is always good here, however they use a foreign call service to receive orders over the phone, and it’s a toss-up on whether you’ll get someone who speaks English well or not. It’s frustrating considering they have capable employees in the restaurant WHO SPEAK ENGLISH.
