I had not experienced any other P9 except the one at Revel and I only live a mile from this store! Nonetheless, what a great experience from the moment I entered the store. I was greeted by the staff and immediately had my order taken. The staff were friendly with all the customers coming in to pick up their orders. There were no sit down diners while I was there. The addition of Revel Burger gives a nice variety of menu items from which to choose.The pizza was just as expected, delicious. The chilis were super hot but that is always a hit or miss regardless of where you go.Definitely looking forward to visiting again.

If you want a great pizza, look no further than Pizza 9. They are always made with fresh ingredients, served hot and we love all the choices to make our pizza just the way we like it! The staff great me and is always as friendly as can be. A very local, down home feel. Great job on your food and service! I will be coming back for more!

We love this place and their pizza. We live nearby and have used both pickup and eat-in here more than a dozen times over a couple of years. We've had both thin crust and deep crust, various specialty pizzas. Always delicious and on time. They have a great special from 2-4pm weekdays to get half off pizza!

Placed my order through phone and the person on the phone got my order wrong twice. Went to pick up the pizza and the service was good in the store, but when I got home the pizza was hard as a rock. I ordered thin crust but it was literally like cardboard. Hardly any sauce and the crust was so hard and brunt I couldn't even bite it. The only reason I ordered from here is because I had a coupon that came in the mail. It was for a large specialty pizza and get a small cheese pizza for free. The cheese pizza had barley any cheese and the cheese was like plastic on cardboard. Some of the sodas in the store had faded labels, so it had me thinking how long that soda had been sitting out in the sun. Terrible pizza, do not recommend, especially for that price. Without the coupon, the pizzas came out to $37 but with the coupon it is was $22 for a large specialty and small cheese pizza free. Definitely not worth it. Domino's is much cheaper for higher quality food and ingredients.

I've ordered from this Pizza 9 on several occasions and this time my experience was less than desirable.I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza for delivery and was informed I should expect delivery in 45 minutes. My order was not delivered for 90 minutes, AND the pizza was cold and dry. What a disappointment from previous times.

Younger female at counter I think she was new and had a little trouble with our order. She however has the supervisor or manager come out and helped make sure our order was right. Very friendly young man. Served our food and had a nice conversation. Made sure our food was right and done correctly. We love their double dough (?) pizza.. Chicago style pizza with sauce on the top..
