Ya know, there are plenty of good pizzas out there but I must admit, Pizza 9 is pretty darn good! Folks in the store and over the phone are helpful, patient and courteous! The pizza is on point and tastes great! I enjoy the pizza and the price! When you need pizza, give Pizza 9 a shout!

The pizza is good. I really appreciate the gluten free being available at all. I get frustrated every time I go in. I'll have coupons and text alerts specials, but seems like I always get told after I place my order that those coupons don't apply to that location, though once, it was a coupon that came from that location!

Do not order the fries here. They are not what the picture looks like. They have a pic of fried French fries and they bring out burned baked fries. Seriously, the general manger served us. She says well that's the way we make them. Ok then display an accurate pic of what the fries look like. I'm glad I tried this place. But don't ever see coming back. The pizza seems under cooked and I might as well just order bread stick cause the pizza had like 3 inches of crust before I saw any toppings

DISGUSTING PLACE!! The parmesan cheese shaker was completely infested with tiny red ants. I didn't discover this till AFTER I had shaken it all over my pizza and f****** ate it. My mom was looking at the shaker after we ate and noticed it. Then I looked closely. Yep. Teeny tiny red ants covered the entire top of the shaker. My friend and mom took the it up to the counter to show them. I inspected the rest of my pizza in my to-go box and didn't see any on it. My friend took my leftovers up and left them on the counter. Nauseating, I couldn't even say anything I was so sickened by this. None of the employees/managers acted like they gave a damn. As I was leaving one muttered "Sorry" as I went to go vomit in the street. I've never been so appalled by lack of care on a restaurants part. MOST places would bend over backwards to make sure their customers are happy and satisfied. 66 Diner comped our ENTIRE meal PLUS desserts just because they made one mistake. And that mistake was not LIVE INSECTS CRAWLING ALL OVER THE FOOD. Jesus Christ. I was a regular at this place too. Never again.

Visiting from out of town and searched menus that had a little bit of everything and chose Pizza 9. I used their online ordering system with ease - each item I ordered allowed a place to leave a comment (extra-baked crust, extra cucumbers, etc.). The pizza was excellent - great flavor and a lot of toppings spread throughout. The salad was fresh and had many different vegetables. My order was delivered within 35 minutes and was hot and fresh. The delivery girl was friendly and talkative and made sure I had everything needed (napkins, peppers, etc.). Would definitely order from here again if I'm in the area.

Terrible pizza 9 location. We ordered 10 wings and only got 6 in the box....... And the wings were very small. The pizza were very dry and don't have much cheese. Maybe they're trying to save money ? Beware of this location, we won't be going back.

The pizza here is good. Especially for a chain. Better than any chain in town. Not Chicago style. Take Chicago out your name and I like you. You can't get real Chicago pizza outside Chicago. Save your money and go to Chicago. It's like New York but better.

I love Pizza 9! My favorite pizza is the fire eater...I decided to stop at this location b/c it was on my way home. When I got home, I discovered that they gave me the wrong pizza. I called them and they didn't offer to fix it, but stated that the owner would call me and never did. I called 3 times, following up to see if I can get a refund or at least some sort of coupon and nothing. So disappointed in this location. Never eating at the Eubank and Montgomery location!
I've dined in twice in the past few months and our visits have been great. There was a mixup on my daughters order but they were quick to fix no questions asked. The pizzas both thin and deep dish are delish, the salads not so much. I'd much rather have a fresh chopped salad with homemade dressings, but that's just me. Service was fine, owner was attentive. Overall we'll be back.

I ordered 2 pizzas at this location and they were terrible. I've been a customer for pizza nine for 3 years, usually ordering from another location. When I called to complain about the pizza today the "owner" informed me that if I had been a regular customer he might have been willing to help me, but since this was my first order it was a waste of his time as I probably wouldn't visit him again anyway. He also stated that my pizza was a correct representation of a stuffed crust pizza and that was how they are supposed to look. You can be the judge, but the pictures below do not match their website. When I explained that I would call corporate he informed me that it wouldn't matter he was the owner and they wouldn't do anything anyway except maybe give a gift certificate.

Great Pizza! Delicious! Large pizza Delux, loaded, salads and three large sodas fed three hungry adults for about $30 with excess to take home. Veteran owned and operated. Great atmosphere, super food and service!

Used to be this location delivered hot and fabulous pizza within 20 minutes (I live half a mile away). Something in their operation changed and for the past 6 months the pizza delivery is way late, more than 45 minutes. Beware!

We ordered the Deluxe Large pizza over the phone. 15 minutes to pick up. We walked inside to 2 friendly staff behind the counter. They offered red pepper & parmesan to take with us. When we got home, the pizza was delicious. Thank you! We'll be back.
