Heard about this place recently-- the pizza and calzone are amazing but the customer service is better... I live across town and will go out of my way to get pizza here every possible chance I get!! I've only ever eaten the calzone and pizza but I will be trying other things off the menu soon!

We ordered the calzone which is listed on the menu at $13.75 with 3 toppings. I was charged an extra $1 for each of the 3 toppings making it $16.75. The calzone was good and service was fine. But the added charge for something that was expected to be included was disappointing. If you want to price your calzone at $16.75, just indicate that on the menu.

This used to be the best pizza in town. But the quality and service have taken a nose dive. My pizza tonight was cold, waxy, tasteless, oily, and paper thin. When I called to get a refund, the woman told me I was wrong, her pizza was perfect and to check my eyes. WOW! Will never eat at this rate trap again.

This is the worst pizza I have ever had! This place used to be one of my favorites and within theast year they have completely gone down hill the costumer service is terrible the workers are extremely rude and the pizza is very thin and has been extremely cold the last 3 times I've tried ordering for them. I don't recommend ever getting food here.

Huge slice with a mound of fresh sliced mushrooms. Good oldies, not too loud. Very casual, retro. Staff were fast and polite.

The pizza tasted pretty good despite the circumstances. I had ordered through doordash so unsurprisingly the order took about an hour to get because the delivery driver just had to make extra stops. I had also ordered garlic bread and a side of meatballs. The meatballs were listed as a side. there was no picture to show how big the meatballs were and assuming that they were like any other restaurant that had meatballs as a separate side I was assuming that they were a good size. When I finally got my order. It was placed outside my door by the doordash driver in the rain. The doordash driver apparently didn't have a thermal bag as all of my food was ice cold and wet. I reheated the pizza which I shouldn't have had to do and it was actually pretty good despite the fact that the crust on the outside was burnt black looking like it came from the depths of hell. The meatballs on the other hand we're about an inch in diameter so needless to say I was quite disappointed after paying $3 for three 1 in meatballs. The garlic bread that I had also gotten was dry cold and lifeless it didn't taste or feel like there was any butter or cheese or anything on it. it was quite depressing. So if you do choose to eat from Pizza Castle make sure you go there in person and watch them cook your pizza so it doesn't end up looking like a frisbee from hell. Also stay away from the sides. They're not worth the price.
We were cautiously optimistic about Pizza Castle. But when it came out piping hot with herbs and a beautifully crisp crust, we all devoured it. We ordered a medium, which was quite large, cheese and a 6 piece hot wing. Everything was so good! They also have vegan options available. Great place!

First timer here! Wow wow wow soooo good! Our Stromboli's were awesome. Wasn't busy and the food took a bit to get to us but I'd wait even longer for their food. Great atmosphere and fun games in the back for the kiddos. Very clean when we arrived. It was about 2::00 pm. Thanks for the delicious food and exceptional service!

Killer NY style pizza. I really like the newly offered KING slice of pizza. They serve really good pizza here! Sauce and crust is delicious. Ya’ll are doing a great job!

Pizza is yummy (of course) and they have a lot of topping options. They has a variety of meal options aside from pizza. Their wings are delicious, cheese bread is awesome and you get a lot. Their dessert options are super yummy, especially the new turtle cheesecake and the tiramisu. They even have some old school pin ball machines and arcade games! Another perk is that they have a take and bake pizza for $15, a great deal, and very good. Definitely recommend.
