I have called several times about my order that's was incomplete and burnt I have pictures the GM of the store repeatedly hung up on me and refused to give me corperates number please take your business elsewhere save yourself the headache
So horrible they don’t even deserve one star got my order wrong call. The store was transferred to somebody and then when I got to that they had to transfer me again spending $51.67 on a freaking order. These people do not want to replace the order refund the order or even listen to what I have to say Excuses they’re too busy to deal with it so as far as I’m concerned, I will never return this location I had to go to capital one and cancel my payment and this is the level of the customer service we receive in 2025 and they want raises and tips

Just go to Dion’s, avoid this location at all cost. Gets order wrong, forgets items, and takes longer than the stated time to complete. Frozen pizza taste better than this

The pizza had zero sauce. The driver couldn’t find the address and her boyfriend who was with her had an attitude about it and was aggressive and confrontational. The pizza is not edible. Looks and tastes like a child made it. When I tried to call to complain, the phone just rings and hangs up. I will be doing a chargeback on my card. You lost my business.

Ordered for delivery, order was wrong and missing items. Tried calling the store multiple times with no answer. Went into the store to request a refund and with an attitude the employee said he could only remake it. When remade the order was still wrong, another employee proceeded to say it was correct when it wasn’t. Will not be ordering from here again, it was a waste of money and extremely disappointing.

They did not know what they were doing totally lost al the people that Went in were just waiting. Cacher was not clear how long I made my order at 3:55pm and didn’t get it until 5pm. There was a gentilmente before me was really upset as well said they drop a pizza in the flore and pick it up usted of throwing it they put it in to the oven this Pizza Hut needs new workers horrible

I ordered a pizza for delivery around 6pm. I get an estimated delivery time of 7, then 7:15, 7:30, 7:50, and then 8pm. I call the number advertised on your website and I get someone in the Philippines advising that they will transfer me to the restaurant to speak to a manager to find out where my pizza is. The local pizza answers but quickly says. “Thank you for calling Pizza Hut on Wyoming and Eubank, please hold while I get you to our call center.” I once again speak to someone in the Philippines, and they say they’re going to transfer me once again to the actual restaurant. Someone from the store answers and tells me to hold while I get transferred to the call center. At this point, I hang up and call the phone number of the delivery driver provided to me by the Pizza Hut delivery service. The lady says “hello?” I explain that this number was provided to me so I can call if I have questions about my order, I explain that I’ve been waiting now for over an hour for my pizza and just wanted to know the status. The line gets very quiet and she finally replies with “I no speak English” of course she doesn’t! I decide to get in my car to drive to the store and pick up my order myself, then I get an updated email saying they have canceled my order order at 8:30pm!

I placed an order over the phone to be delivered. The person on the phone was diligent and patient with my ordering and ensured that the order was correct. The pizza was delivered by door dash versus any one from pizza hut. The pizza was completely wrong. I called to try to correct it, got sent to the manager line several times and hung up on. Submitted feedback via the pizzahut website, got an unsatisfactory response. Please consider taking your business anywhere but PizzaHut. $30 for crap pizza that wasn't even right just because I was tired and didn't want to drive to Dion's? 🐂💩

Possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Pizza Hut. I thought it was only one worker so I was going to be nice and wait, well there was 5 workers and it took forever to get orders out. I ordered through the app and it said it would be ready by 12:46pm. By 1:15pm I was fed up cause it just sounded like the workers were having a blast not focused on working at all. I asked how much longer to my food and these people had it in the warmer for god knows how long. No communication, no work ethic, and no customer service from any of the workers at all. They seem to be avoiding talking to customers too until they feel like approaching them. At least my pizza wasn’t cold I guess but I had somewhere to be by 3pm.

Ordered a pizza on the app. Of course they serviced the delivery out to door dash and then sent me the wrong order. When I called the store, nobody answers and then the call goes dead. Then someone calls me who only speaks Spanish. I call the Pizza Hut number for delivery to tell them about the issue and of course get someone who barely speaks any english. Absolutely awful service. Will not be ordering from Pizza Hut ever again. Absolutely terrible.

Think you should hire a staff that doesn't keep taking their shirt out of their pants then touch food. And I can say yes at times when your super busy you get wrong tickets out to delivery drivers but when it's super slow then have to come to the store to have them remake it, it's a little annoying. And no one is using gloves so I didn't even take the remake watching them.
