The lady who took my order is such an inpatient person. She dosent give you time to answer her she stars asking another question. She’s very rude. I’m going to look into start ordering though elsewhere. Your customer service sure went to the pits

I grew up eating at pizza hut. Back then they emphasized quality food and service. I thought i would give them one more chance. I am never going back. The kid manning the front was rude! Barked at me for my name. No thank you, no greeting. Sub par, over priced pizza. Never again.

The team that used to run this place brought back the classic Pizza Hut experience — great service, attention to detail, and pride in their work. Sadly, that’s no longer the case. This is my second messed-up order in a row, and it’s also my last.
The current crew shows little concern for quality or customer service. When you try to get your order corrected, you’re met with attitude instead of accountability. The difference is night and day — the old crew cared, and it showed.
Goodbye, old friend. You used to be something special.

We placed a delivery order with Pizza Hut and were told it would arrive by 11:35 PM. By 11:50 PM, it still hadn’t shown up, so we called — and waited forever on hold — only to be told it was “on the way.” Still no pizza.
Eventually, we got an email saying it had been delivered, but we never received anything. When we called again, they claimed it was left on a random porch, even though we clearly asked in the delivery instructions for the driver to call when they arrived. They didn’t.
When we asked for a refund, they said they don’t do refunds — only store credit or a remake. At this point, it was already 1:00 AM, and we were still waiting for food we ordered hours earlier. This entire experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and disappointing.

This is the pizza that you give to your estranged mother in law that took your dad’s money after he passed and moved to Florida with a 26 year old she met in a club named Dante and he left her and took all your dads money and then she texts you asking if you can order her a pizza because she’s broke.
I don’t know how this happened but I’m disappointed. If I’m spending 65 bucks for two pizzas I’d assume they were completely topped.

I ordered online a $38.00 pickup order today at 7 pm. We got there and found the store completely disorganized and unready. They confused my order with another customer and in the end we left without our food. Store employees ignored us, even when we tried to cancel the order and asked for a refund. We left that store and went to another restaurant. I do NOT recommend this store.

Showed up at 12:00 and the sole employee was cleaning and ignored me for 5 minutes while I stood in front of the register ready to order. After he finished cleaning he started prepping the boxes and then told me he’d be right with me shortly but continue to prep boxes. The entire time I was standing in front of the register in front of the employee and he wouldn’t acknowledge that I was there waiting. There was no line, there was no other orders being worked on. There was no manager there and the only employee was wearing a grey gym shirt so I have no idea what position he held. Poor management

Well, I just received an order from Pizza Hut, 10660 Unser. They gave me a wrong pizza and would not correct it. I mentioned that I was hungry and would probably eat it, the manager hung up on me. When I called back, he told me that I told him I would eat it and did not have to credit me or replace it, and then hung up on me again. I called back to get his name and I was told he did not have to give me his name or a contact to issue a complaint, and then hung up on me for a third time. I guess no more Pizza Hut for a quick fix…
