The Manager was very rude and didn't care about how he treated any of the customers waiting. If he forgot something he just left it and made you wait. Then went on to say you can leave if you don't want it. He is very rude.

Not that good compared to other locations, slow as molasses, so bring your camping equipment or something else to keep you busy while waiting. Online ordering suffers and defeats the purpose

Ordered last night, they were out of pan pizza which is understandable, unfortunate but understandable. The lady was very nice and explained how they had a busy day and ran out of the pan pizza. Now that I look back, I should have got my money back or saved it for another day. The thin pizza was horrible, it wasn't crispy just dry and unfavorable. The hand toss was a little better but definitely not up to expectations. We used our points to get a free bread sticks which looked like it had been ran over then thrown in a box falling apart and crushed. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the food, which is unfortunate because the other location we usually use is always great. Long story short if they call you as soon as you order to let you know they are out of what your expecting just cancel or use for another day. Don't know when we will be ordering again, especially with all the other pizza joints in the area

So my wife enjoys take out one's in awhile. My wife is handicap and every time we go over there the delivery guy parks his car in the handicap space. I asked the manger if he would ask to have his driver park on a different spot which he seem very bugged when I said something to him. The parking is not a very great place to park because they do share it with other businesses in that area and only one handicap spot which the pizza drive parks and uses it and does not have respect for handicap.
This is the worst pizza that we've had in our lifetime. It's not the fact that the pizza is called "The Big New York pizza" but the pizza itself was not good. I ordered extra cheese and a 20oz drink and got cold "pizza" that tasted like a thin chip with a little cheese and pepperoni, and a hot drink. The pizza was paper thin and felt thinner than a thin crust. Do not buy this trash or you will be disappointed.

If you customize a pizza dont bank on it being correct. They didnt seem busy when I went so youd think the order would be correct. I requested bacon on my order and paid an extra $1 for a pan pizza. I had no bacon, and my pizza was hand tossed. I dont eat pizza hut often and this is why. I should have drove a little further and ordered dions. It would have been worth it. Maybe it was a bad day when I went but will not be returning. The staff were nice just my order wasnt correct at all.
