Sad this is the only way to get a pizza hut pizza Anymore... I miss the restaurant and the salad bar..

Not sure why this place has closed... used to be our favorite location for getting pizza. Back in the day, school teachers would reward you for getting how many number of A's on your report card and you would come in and present your coupon from the teacher to receive one personal pan pizza. Those were the days. Less pricey than other pizza options in town and online ordering is very convenient. Meat lovers and supreme are both great, even if you want to customize your own pizza and add more bacon. Or pineapple even! Be creative. Even if you call in to request multiple pizzas, for a large party, they never fail to put a smile on your face (the pizza, but I guess the employees too). Never too crowded inside and they even had buffet style

This was the worst pizza experience anywhere in Albuquerque. We ordered two medium pan pizzas with extra cheese and there was little to no cheese at all on the pizza! When I called the store, the manager was very rude to me, accused me of lying, and wanted me to drive 45 min from my home in the East Mountains to exchange the pizza rather than even offering to simply refund the extra cost of the extra cheese...which quite honestly would have been enough! Save time and do not go to this store EVER! Hopefully this location will close down and folks will not run the risk of bad service or experience the disrespect that I did!

We're regulars here because it's right next to ballet. They've been so friendly and they're ready for us now before we even walk in the door. Five stars just for the service. And the pizza's my daughter's fave.

Me and my family met here to visit with each other on a Saturday for lunch. This is one of the only Pizza Huts in Albuquerque with a dinning room to my knowledge. Most Pizza Huts in Albuquerque only offer take out and delivery. We were told to sit anywhere we wanted when we walked in. The floors seemed clean but the tables were sticky. Our waiter was nice but seemed to be very shy and didn't seem to know much about being a waiter. We ordered 2 Large pizzas and it took about 30 min for them to come out. We were the only people in the restaurant the whole time we were there. The pizza was on the okay side. I have had way better pizza other places. They had a salad bar set up in the restaurant and it seemed very messy and looked like it had been sitting out for days. Nothing looked good in the Salad bar. This Pizza Hut gets lots of take out customers. People just don't seem to like the idea of dinning at Pizza Hut I guess. In my opinion this Pizza Hut should stick to just take out and delivery and close the dinning part. I'm not sure if I will be back again.
We ordered a large hand tossed pizza and cheese sticks for dinner tonight, and it was the worse pizza I've ever had. The pizza was cold abs the breadsticks sucked. I will never go to this location again.

Food was just ok. I ordered the lasagna, and was underwhelmed. Slices ordered by my kids were pretty standard slices you could get anywhere. Which is sad since Saggio's(Fastino's parent company) has outstanding slices. Service is what you would expect from disinterested high school students. Probably won't be back anytime soon.

My friend and I ordered an individual pizza and pasta plate to share. Although the pizza seemed very small, the whole meal was enough to satisfy us both. I personally always enjoy Pizza Hut so I thought it tasted good. However, the service was not the best, they had run out of various ingredients (but they informed us as we were ordering) and it took a while for the food to come out after we ordered. We were not angry or impatient because the employees were very polite and apologetic. I think the main problem was that they were understaffed. I hope that management gets their employees more helpers at this location soon because although the employees were trying their best, it was obvious that other customers were not as understanding. I recommend customers call in their orders much ahead of time to prevent delay frustrations.
