We ordered delivery that included boneless wings. The delivery time changed from 25-30 minutes to 80 minutes so we went to pick it up. There were only two employees working. After returning home we found that our wings were bone in. Every time we order from this location something is wrong with our order.

Today, in the midst of the coronavirus crisis, I ordered pizzas for my awesome staff who are handing out lunches to kids. The Pizza Hut staff manager went WAY above-and-beyond in making sure they got fed, despite not having the right pizza supplies and us throwing some extra chaos into the mix. I’m incredibly grateful for their flexibility and generosity, and for helping me show appreciation to folks on the front line. Thank you!!!

In ABQ for a dance convention and responsible for feeding 15 kids and some parents. Ordered 10 pizzas for delivery, and delivery person no showed. When I called location, manager said the order never went through...sorry. Sorry? Let's fix this, I had a confirmation number, my card was charged, then refunded by Pizza Hut location, and even received a satisfaction survey. When I called back with these facts, manager said sorry, an order was never put in and didn't work with me to fix this so I went with Dominos. Sorry, not sorry.

Horrible service, took 20+ minutes to get an order than was called ahead of time. The line of customers was out the door. Worst pizza hut ive been to.
Ordered 1 large 2 topping pizza and 48 boneless mild buffalo wings at 4:20. At 6:20 called and talked to Gloria because we had still not received our order. She said it was still there and that the delivery person was out on another delivery and that mine would be next. I explained to her that I was getting text to my phone saying it was out for delivery at least an hour and half ago. She did not know what to say then. When we finally did receive our order the wings were literally dry they had maybe a couple of drops of sauce on maybe 3 wings and that was it. So we called again and talked to Gloria and stated to her that our order was not correct. She said it will be at least an hour wait before they could bring us new wings. It is now 7:47 and we still don’t have our food!!!! We will NEVER order from this Pizza Hut again. They are very rude when it was their own fault for getting the order wrong!!!!!
