I usually don’t write complaints but I was very disappointed on the quality of the wings. Barley any sauce and it looks like I just got what was left at the bottom of the bag. Will not be ordering from this Pizza Hut again.

Horrible customer service. Staff at this site truly do not care about the quality of their product, the store, their attitude, etc. If they're having a bad day, the customer gets to have a bad day as well. I ordered CONTACTLESS CURBSIDE. I got to the store at the exact time the PH app said my order would be ready. The instructions for contactless curbside state to stay in your vehicle - so I did. The guy at the window said it'd be another 10 mins. I said ok and went to get something to drink. Came back and got in line. 15-20 minutes after my pickup time passes I'm waiting for him to peek out of the pickup window. I call and tell them I'm here for curbside pickup and before I can say anything else, the guy rudely says "come to the window" and hangs up. I try to call again because he purposely won't come to the window until someone walks up. The phone goes unanswered X 2. So, I wait. He takes the next couple of customers that walk to the window. I interject during the 2nd customer's interaction finally and tell him I can't go to the window. Again, before I can finish my sentence he shuts the window. He finally comes to the window to address my order and asks my name- I give him my name - the window swings open and with my pizza in his hands he says "have a nice day" still expecting me to walk up to the window. At that point, I'm finally able to tell him I have a severely sprained ankle and can't walk to the window. He says "well, we can't leave the store". So, I ask for a refund and he states "we don't have to refund you, ma'am".
Absolutely floored at the absolute lack of customer service at this store. I was supposed to hobble to the window on crutches then hobble back while somehow balancing a pizza in my hands? Believe me, there are far better pizza joints to spend your money at who won't treat you like garbage for no reason other than they're having a bad day.
Place the order ahead when I pick it up and got home it was the wrong order. When I call back I was told that they stop taking order at 9, I try to tell them they had given the wrong order and I told her what I order and what I got she said it's ok you got a better deal

Terrible Pizza Hut! Took about an hour and a half to get pizza and they said 45-60 minutes on the phone when I ordered. They were very rude on the phone. Never said thank you or sorry when I called them to tell them they were late. Jeez...barely seems like a real Pizza Hut.

Great food and decent service. However, it doesn't look too clean inside. I think it's mainly because it's an old building but I'm not it's keeper so only they would know. We've encountered delivery issues before with missing items but they have always made it right w/o hassle.
