I ordered 2 personal pan pizzas and got 2 pizzas made from their breadstick dough I called the store and talked to the supposedly store manager that gave me attitude saying that they make their pizza that way now and I asked for his district managers number and he told me he didn’t need to give me that info the manager is very unprofessional. Pizza wasn’t cooked all the way through and had way to much sauce

The manager is rude and disrespectful. We order from here regularly and I usually like the food. The service is terrible. The manager is not helpful and he talks back to the customers. I had to place a formal complaint. I highly recommend you get a new manager.

Their pizza have gone downhill, I ordered some pizzas for dinner and our pies were mostly crust. I'd say it was about 2-3 inches thick of crust and a small portion for the center was the sauce and toppings. I won't be ordering from them again.

Pizza was delivered by Door Dash instead of pizza hut. After I had already paid a $5.00 delivery charge and left a $5.00 tip Pizza arrived luke warm. It's disrespectful to use a 3rd party delivery service.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Worst timing ever, no communication, no delivery drivers, ordered the big dinner box almost an hour and a half, and still no word on whether we'll be given our order or not, and after calling the store, they said our order should be ready in another half hour. We traveled 6 hours, checked into our hotel and order pizza for dinner just to wait almost 1.5 hours for our food to be delivered. Never again will I order from Pizza Hut. I'm better off taking my business elsewhere where they will at least value our business and not keep us waiting FOREVER. Our children waited almost past 11:30pm for pizza ? Also forgot to mention that the pizza was cold and my children said it tasted funny. Huge upset ?

The online system refused to submit an order I placed, and there was no reason sent in the email, and the local store did not have any answers either. The person on the phone was nice, and reminded me of a credit I had on my account, so bonus! Food was hot and good, but the driver insisted they were at my door when in reality they were two buildings away.

If I could I would give zero stars I order at 12:56pm I received a texted at 1:16pm that is was out for delivery at 2:31pm I called the store I got someone by the name of Stephen that claims to be the general manager was very rude showed no empathy, I asked if he would like my email or order number because he claimed he could not find it under my number he became very rude and said I will not be cussed out mind you I did not cuss at him he disconnected I called back a second time explained to him I did not cuss I asked a question if he wanted other information and that he should understand I am upset ive been waiting on a order for hours and he then got very rude nd loud and hung up again I called back 5 more times so I can just get a refund and corporates number he would pick up and hang up the phone till the 5th time he answered I asked for his name and explained to him I will be contacting hire management since he claimed to be the general manager. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
