I accidentally ordered here thinking it was another one. I won't lie, I was anxious about ordering my favorite pizza b/c it's usually wrong and I won't order again for months. It was a little drive to get to this location and I'm glad I ordered. Pizza is so good, dude was cool and I'm super happy. Definitely happy. Thx pizza hut staff on Saturday night

Manager is just standing there on his phone talking and looking at me. At least four people in the back. Not one, not one person can come and greet me? See if there is anything they can do? Customer service in this city is reflected in this store. Non existent. Get off your phone and help the client!!!!

This was, without a doubt, the most disappointing pizza experience I’ve ever had. I ordered the Supreme and Hawaiian Luau pizzas, which cost over $50, hoping for a flavorful treat, but what I received was far from it. The Supreme was passable at best, but the Hawaiian Luau? It tasted like cardboard slathered in cheese—a complete letdown. Needless to say, I won’t be returning to this place again.

I wouldn't tip if you go to this store the general manager takes all the tips, and he got his job by being on his knees not his feel.

This is the worst pizzia hut in the city with the rudest employees. Waited 2 hours got hung up on 3 times. Then when I finally talked to an employee he was absolutely rude and made every excuse why I didn't recieve my order. Had to call back and got routed to a call center to cancel the order and was told someone would get back to me. Let see if that happens. Landed up having to order mcdonalds threw door dash. Spending more money with 2 pending charges from pizzia hut. Do better Pizzia Hut.

I ordered a pizza online through the website at 1:36pm, it quoted 30-40 minutes, however when I ordered, the delivery time was stated to be 2:45pm. The pizza was marked as being prepared at around 2:00pm, however never changed from that status. I called the restaurant number at 2:55pm and asked to cancel the order. I was eventually transferred directly to the restaurant, where first I was told that the order had been given to Doordash 30 minutes prior, and then that was changed to 10 minutes prior. I was told that the order should still be on the way. I told the person I talked to (I do have the name) that I would give it another 10 minutes and then call back. 5 minutes later I got a call and immediate hang up from Doordash ( I also have the number from this.) I called the number back and spoke to a female who told me the order was at Pizza Hut. I questioned this and she asked me to hold on and then hung up on me. I attempted to call her back and she did not answer. I then called the restaurant back and spoke to the same person, who told me that the Doordash person was in the lobby. He then offered me a $10 credit on my next order. I asked him if the order was being cancelled and refunded- as I never received it and he said yes and then hung up-no confirmation number given. I contacted the chat function on the pizza hut website, who told me that someone from management would contact me in 1-3 business days. Per my credit card app, I have 2 charges for $34.77 pending from Pizza Hut, no pizza and no way to do anything about it unless I drive to the store. This is apparently a regular problem at this store and amounts to theft. They are not registered with the BBB, so there is no recourse aside from filing a report with the police if they don't return my money. I am a fan of Pizza Hut pizza, but this experience puts an end to that. Listen to the reviews and do not order from this store.
This place fake advertisers the food. Charges, you more than you're supposed to be charged. Charges for red pepper and parmesan flakes. And the guy at the counter blamed it on inflation. What a joke. Go get a real pizza somewhere else.

I ordered 2 pizza and one of them was made incorrectly. The manager asked if i wanted to just have hi throw the missing toppings through th oven and sprinkle them on my pizza to which i said no. Told me it would take 15 minutes to remake it so i ran a quick errand took about 18 minutes then had to wait another 15 minutes. And idk why it took so long all he did was run the toppings through and dsprinkle them on the pizza add a touch of cheese and run the pie through for a minute. So when i got home and started feeding everyone the one pizza was overcooked and we could not eat it and the other had been sitthing in the case for at least an hour. So i spent $40 nearly for food we couldnt eat and had to go get food somewhere else. Since im non verbal its difficult to just call thats why i use the app. But the service was crap they were lazy and didnt respect what i wanted to correct the mistake. I will not be going back to that store or maybe a pizza hut at all tbh.
