Horrible half the pumps are broken. You only find out when get to them because the staff is to busy talking to each because that more important.1/4 of the parking lot is taken by pilot tankers and their personal cars. So in overall the staff is more important that paying customers.

Management & Officer Baca Renta Cop are major Douche-Bags and care nothing about customer service or truck drivers that visit this location.....period.... Sad cause I grew up in ABQ,NM & bck b4 Pilot owned it & bck whn buffet was thr, parking & eating & showering thr used to be enjoyable, but since new management took over & idiot Renta Cop runs pps off ,that just trying to buy fuel & get a shower, customer service has gone from being a 10 to a big fat 0..... Since on 3 different occasions running into idiot Renta Cop Baca & management in a span of last 3 yrs, will no longer stop thr after being a loyal customer since January of 1996..... This location has forever lost my business, since Renta Cop scared my wife & dog out of sleeping last time we whr thr.....period.....
