Absolutely horrible service employees were ignorant and nasty with an attitude and every time they were done with somebody’s order, they would go into the back of the store listen to videos and music and not come back to the front of the store until another customer came in very unprofessional. The food was horrible. The sushi rolls did not stay together. They were breaking apart as soon as you pick them up really bad service at this location. I will drive the extra mile and go to the one in Albuquerque uptown by the target and the Starbucks down there. They are 1000 times better than this location. I have never experienced horrible service like this and terrible sushi 2 bites of my burrito and two sushi rolls and threw the rest away absolutely pathetic and horrible and bad customer service. These people need better training absolutely ignorant people so I highly recommend you guys to go to the Albuquerque uptown location. Their sushi is 100 times better than this location Will never go back to this location again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great quality sushi and super fresh ingredients. I made the bold choice to try a sushi burrito… and quickly learned there is such a thing as too much sushi 😅.
Totally on me... it was still tasty, just overwhelming. I’ll stick to rolls next time, but overall a solid experience and I’d go back for sure.

Good food for takeout, but not a good place to sit down and enjoy a meal. My poké nachos came in a little disposable clamshell instead of the big bowl they serve it in at the uptown location. They also don’t have water cups (like at the uptown location). And the only seating is a few tables outside and some small, two-person booths inside, and the whole place feels sterile and drab. I’m sure this place is fine for carry out, but if you wanna sit down and relax for a bit, just go to the uptown location.

I have gone here many times and honestly it is hit or miss. Recently this location has gone down hill. I don't know if someone has left or they aren't being trained, but I'm so unimpressed. My reasons are thus; the man, maybe early twenties, cut my roll with plastic wrap on top. Not only did he not do so tight enough, but also left cut plartic in it. Then put a sauced roll in with a dry roll. I'm being picky on that however, it changed the other roll and I didn't care for it. This isn't a big deal for me so if it is for you make sure to ask them to be separated. They also don't seem to be handling their fish properly anymore as my rolls were very fishy. Which is a sign that they are going bad. Be aware when eating. If it is off don't eat it or you'll get sick. What has been making me upset since I started going here was their point system. You can put your phone number in all day long and it will tell you that the points are going to it. However you need cash app to do it. If you don't have it don't bother putting in your number until you do. If you don't want cash app then you won't get the points.

Long waits for something that wasn’t great. Our edamame was cold and the rolls were sloppy and just tasted like mayo.
The best thing I liked was the create your own roll. Maybe if it was fresh and their service had a better process for online orders it would have been better.

I was excited when I first saw them because it would be nice to have a place you could walk in order some sushi and walk out without it being a restaurant. I ordered sushi roll with tuna, avocado and cream cheese. And the shrimp tempura. The shrimp tempura was all grease and batter, I cracked it open to see what the shrimp looked like and it looked like it had melted into the batter. So I think it's shrimp flavored tempura and it didn't even have that much flavor. The breading tasted better than the whole thing! I had questions about the tuna roll and the ginger. The tuna roll smelled fishy , It is not supposed to smell that bad, and the ginger smelled like mold. It was all nasty. I threw it all away and went elsewhere for lunch. No, don't worry, I won't be back!
When I arrived, the tables were dirty. I kindly ask the young man that was working at the cashier If he would clean the tables, he became extremely defensive, walked over with a wet rag and sort if wiped the table- leaving it soaking wet!! He turned to me and said you know people eat at these tables. My reply was -that’s why I’m asking you to clean it. No reason for him to get upset. I like your restaurant, but this kind of service is not worth it.
