Yikes. Very rude person working the counter. Obviously doesn't know how to react normally to people. Probably should have stayed home and mother never taught him how to be polite and

First time here and I was beyond satisfied. My custom made crunchy roll (minus avocado, sadly I'm allergic to) and side of shrimp tempura was the best I've ever had! Order shrimp tempura to-go. Definitely, will be returning. The staff were very friendly, helpful and working hard at all the online orders coming thru. Kudos to Sushi Freak and the staff we had during our visit.

The smallest sushi freak location in Albuquerque, the food is very hit or miss for a chain restaurant, they use different wontons for the nachos and I got a sushirito that was mostly overcooked rice which put me off the

Like being able to select my own ingredients and see it being made. Staff is hit or miss, sometimes friendly and sometimes make it clear they have better things to do than serve you.

It's a good place, I put an order in online and once I got there, I grabbed my order, got home, and there is just one little pack of soy sauce. At least like 4-5 packs would do the sushi I ordered good.

The employees were rude they forgot our chopsticks and when I went in there to ask for 2 of them he gave me one and walked away from me. Fish also tasted really weird I would honestly never come back

Cool little spot to catch a quick roll on the run. Service was good and friendly. Was my first time in and took recommendations. Went with a rainbow and crunchy. Both were great and well put together. Would certainly visit again. Thanks for the

If you want sushi freak do yourself a favor and go ti the coors and montano location. The portions here are much smaller and the staff seem like they dont want to change anything for you.

30 minutes before closing they told us that they were closed. Rude and snotty young people working there. I mentioned the hours say until 8 but they said "we are trying to leave we have things to do". Guess they don't need peoples business

This place is horrible. I usually go to the uptown location and always love the food and service. This place is not the same. The fish does not seem as fresh and like other reviewers said, the rolls are made by a machine. No, just no. If you want fresher food and better service and ambiance, trust me, go to the main location at uptown. I have also tried the location on the westside and that was not good at all either. Not sure what sushi freak is trying to do, but the new locations should learn from the main one.

Absolutely horrible service. The shift manager with the long hair was very rude, unprofessional and just straight up garbage. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody.

I was hesitant to try, not a fan of seafood, but this was amazing, the coconut on the shrimp was the best also the dipping sauce ! Highly recommend !

Sushi Freak is so freaking awesome! The employees are friendly and the sushi burritos are delicious and I love getting to watch them make the food! It’s sort of like the Subway of sushi. A couple minor complaints that I have are that they don’t provide wasabi, ginger, and soy sauce unless you ask and they’re also a little stingy with napkins, but we still enjoyed our experience and we’ll definitely be back in the near future! :)Vegetarian options: The whole menu is pretty much all vegetarian options, but you’ve gotta handle eating fish.Parking: Tons of parking, not hard to find at all.

First time here, I ordered five different sushi burritos, word to wise, these things are huge. 3 would have been plenty. Gunshow, Fistbump, Dr. Eelgood and Kookmeyer. Just awesome service when entering restaurant, and wow, the food was so good. This is a place I will recommend and come back to as well. Surprised I have not been here before. Good job to the staff on everything from service to food prep. Thanks.
