Delicious food, beautiful and inviting atmosphere AND kind staff!! What more could I ask for ? Wonderful place with gluten free options and the staff is well knowledgeable too, which made me feel safe as a celiac, and the price was good too! I'm definitely coming here more often!!

Forever I have gotten the chicken dumplings which come deep fried but I prefer pan fried. In the beginning they did it for free and after a few times they started charging me a $1 extra which I was glad to pay to get how I like. I come in today and they decided they will no longer accommodate that request.It wasn’t even busy. I got the whole well if we do it for you, we’ll have to do things for everybody and blah blah blah blah. Pretty sad, considering it’s premium pricing for the stuff here.

My wife and I live on the far west side but we order from this location often because we absolutely love it. It’s usually about an a hour round trip by the time we get back home to eat. Today, there was a mixup on our order and they gave us the wrong items but we didn’t realize until we were home. We called to let them know about the situation and a nice young man named Devin offered to work with his manager to give us a refund as he saw our order still at the restaurant. We explained that we couldn’t eat what we were given due to dietary restrictions. We asked if they could have it delivered using Grubhub because we couldn’t go back as we had to put the kids to bed but he said they were about to close in 20 minutes. Just then, he offered to deliver them to our house on his own time. I’ve never heard of someone offering such a nice gesture. Sure enough, Devin showed up on our doorstep and saved dinner. We can’t thank him enough. Just a fine example of a kind person spreading positivity and joy. We’ll definitely pay it forward.

It was my first time. I'm easily overwhelmed and a bit indecisive, especially with a lot of options, but the staff was more than patient and helpful. The food was awesome, too. Will go again.

Last few times the lunch bar service was non existent. Sitting at the bar for 5-10 minutes while the lady sees me sit but won't even acknowledge me because she can't handle more than a single 2 top. You can not walk in front of a the only person at you're bar who's been there for minutes and not even get a drink order let alone not inform them that you're busy and will help them when you're done. Don't apply for a job if you don't want to work.

I’ve never had a bad experience with raw fish before ever. But my fiancé went in for a Spicy bowl and Tuna Wonton nachos like we have for a couple years. Unfortunately we both have food poisoning, i tired to contact the store but was never able to get through. I’m not sure if it was older product or wasn’t kept to temperature. From the last review it seems like employees also don’t maintain hand washing techniques either.
