This place is a complete surprise! You would not expect the food to be quite as delicious as it is, and the atmosphere is really good as well. I know what you're thinking - fresh fish in Albuquerque, New Mexico just doesn't happen. You are wrong! Poki Poki has it going on! Whether it's a casual night out or date night with your significant other, this place is a must try!

Great quality Poki! I would highly recommend getting the "ultimate" size portion and sharing it between two people- it is less than the price of two small portions and way bigger than double, you can also get unlimited Felix toppings on the ultimate sized bowl such as seaweed salad, roe, kimchi, and fresh salsas. Both locations are clean, accessible and inviting to enjoy your meal there or for take away orders. I have eaten here more than 5 times and never gotten sketchy or fishy smelling protein. For a casual good quality meal if you like civiche and Poki I would recommend trying it here!

So this was my first time here and really had no idea what I was getting into. The atmosphere is great, it's clean and the staff are friendly. Plus it looks really cool. The food was also very good. It's different but yummy. I got the carnitas bowl which I think was a safe choice when you truest have no idea what to expect. My husband got the el hefe bowl and enjoy it. Overall we will be returning and trying more this place has to offer. I definitely think you should try this place.

The food was good. The atmosphere was nice, but there were a lot of flies. They have the windows open so naturally they are going to come in. What was concerning to me is there were flies where workers were making the food and the workers making the food weren't always shooing them away. Other that it was nice.

Family luncheon - there are many healthy options. Enjoyed the company. Food is great, lots if flavor. You also have the option of creating your own. Which is what I personally prefer. We were able to get a chance to taste the gelato. Yum is all I can say. For a new place, the latrine could've been better. Just saying.

One of my fav spots in ABQ! Great spot to dine in (tons of open seating, fun outdoor patio with oversized jenga), but even better to go. They have a menu for Poki bowls, but I always build my own. Ingredients are always fresh and super yummy. They weigh out your protein (try the spicy tuna), but you can add a bunch of different toppings to make it your own (try the seaweed salad - it's awesome!). Great location and great food...what could be better?! Try it, you'll love it!
"Love the outdoor seating and atmosphere." I've been hearing about this place a lot and I always wanted to give it a try. Came in, the place was really big, tons of seating and cool drawings on the walls. I like how they had a gelato and bar area separate from the actual kitchen, definitely made things more comfortable and easier. The staff was pretty nice, one guy seemed kind of shy and quite when I was ordering but all was fine. I decided to get the Bhan Fire bowl, which looked good from the menu, but once I got it to eat, it was disappointing. There was tons of different sauces and the beans were just taking up all the flavor and I just did not feel satisfied nor did I really enjoy it. I decided to get another bowl instead, so I did a creation one. I added popcorn chicken and rice in this one which I liked better for sure but just wasn't satisfied with it. The chicken was way too crunchy and dry as well. The outdoor area was really nice with little games and a big area. I probably don't see myself coming back to eat, food just wasn't of my liking.

I used to come here quite often mostly because it's so close to UNM when I'm in the mood for some sushi. I like eating here from time to time since they have sashimi. Prices aren't high and I find it more fulfilling to buy the bowl with rice instead of the other option since you get your money's worth. I haven't tried the boba drinks here but I've heard it's quite good. I might have to try it the next time I go to give you a more accurate review but it's definitely a try place to go when you want raw sushi.
