Our first time here.
Service and food were excellent.
The chicken was super moist and the cilantro rice was flavorful.
Overall excellent- will go back.
An Albuquerque must! This family owned restaurant is a great place to visit for lunch if you're passing through town. I always respect a restaurant that makes essentially one dish, and makes it very well. Here, that dish is chicken and potatoes, and it's delicious.
Folks in Albuquerque keep saying that all long term visitors aware of this restaurant. By my only one time visit, I got the point. Yuca fries, chickens, and chicha morada, so much good memories of this place.
The green sauce is to die for and just the right amount of spice
Was a reliable and regular customer here for literally years but recently suffered an adverse experience. Our normal 4-person group minus 2 was denied our regular table even as the restaurant was nearly empty shortly after opening. We were directed to a smaller table in a brusque manner.....unsat. we're normally in and out in minimal time at lunch....not like we're taking up space for a prolonged period. The owner is a civic-minded guy with good community intentions operating a business in a crap part of town...but if he wants to stay in business he has to level-up his customer service. Good, solid food here but not outstanding food....at best its reliable street food served in a comfortable environment at reasonable prices. Overall quality here has declined incrementally recently and needs to improve or all the kirtland traffic....which seems to be in the majority.... will thin out then disappear entirely. TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS AND STOP BEING A JERK!!!
Terrible, very bad service and Peruvian food is an insult to Peruvian food. I will never return.
Love this place for lunch
My absolute favorite
Good food, didn’t blow my socks off but would come back again. The green sauce is where it’s at and the chicken although not over flavorful was tender. Fries were just ok, lumpia was solid though!
The best restaurant in the Western Hemisphere

Great food and great service
prices are not accurate be aware lucky I got better food for $20 less go to El HERRADERO supermarket they have Great whole chicken for only $14
Oh I've never eaten there I just wanted to have a platform to say Ladies, I'm single and ready to mingle lol🔥
Haven't been disappointed with anything I have gotten from this place. Open for only a few hours every day but it is always busy so that is a good sign. So far have had their chimichanga, half chicken, fries. Their cilantro sauce is fire. Service is always prompt and on point. Encourage everyone to visit if they are in the area.
A great locally owned restaurant. Small menu but they make everything on the menu extremely well. Staff is very friendly and I believe the restaurant is veteran owned as well which is really cool. Not sure what's in their green sauce but it's phenomenal
