They catered our wedding and did an incredible job. We asked if they could do churros, which is not an item they normally do, along with their ice cream and espresso and they agreed to do it anyway! Carlos, the man running the truck, was super friendly and easy to work with as well.

To be clear, I didn't actually go to the Pop Fizz brick and mortar shop! We snagged some paletas from the food truck in Hyder Park. I'd been wanting to try Pop Fizz since last year, but with COVID was unable to! They were the perfect after dinner treat on a very hot day! We ended up getting the sandia (watermelon), raspberry and lime. Each one was DELICIOUS! The fruit flavor was so real and we kept trading so that we could have a bit of each. Definitely recommend the paletas. If you see that truck, run to it! We will hopefully get to try more from their shop some time in the future!

Pop Fizz is my go-to spot for paletas, and don't get me started on their ice cream tacos! You can taste the quality of their ingredients and prices are super affordable. Walking in is like entering a rainbow wonderland of yum. I also love seeing their food truck and honestly can't think of a time I didn't get something when I saw it! Local perfection.

So many appealing paletas; as a creature of habit who knows what I am there for (the Mexican Chocolate Paleta), it still leaves me caught up in indecision while I wait to place my order. Haven’t been in for the “keto-diet” paleta, but was really happy to hear about it!

Pineapple slushie with chamoy and tajin was bomb. They also gave me a popsicle for a dollar when buying a drink. I recommend trying this place. Staff was patient and they had a little drive thru.
