I came in to pick up a delivery order. The guy told me I had to confirm the order in front of him, which is fine; I wouldn't trust him either, and I will never eat here again. Peace.

I ordered the 16 piece family dinner. When we got home the chicken was so dry and was too hard to chew. The breading was hard as a rock. We live 25 miles away from Popeyes on San Mateo and Montgomery in Albuquerque. If we didn’t live so far I would have taken it back for either a refund or a fresh order. So disappointed in the food.

I purposely chose Popeyes today, because I hadn't had it since leaving, Georgia.

I moved to Albuquerque almost 4 years ago, and we have thoroughly been enjoying the amazing Albuquerque food scene - I was craving some spicy chicken, but mostly that spicy Cajun Gravy.
I asked for a side of gravy- even though I was told there would be an upcharge (that has never happened in Arkansas, Texas, Louisiana or Georgia).
The most disappointing part of my $30 meal, (daughter and myself) was that my mashed potatoes had less than a tablespoon of the Cajun Gravy and the side of Cajun Gravy ($2.00!!) was more watery than a glass of tea...😡😮.
How terribly rude. That is absolutely unacceptable - anywhere, but it's most certainly not the Popeye's that I've come to know, love and respect over the decades.
Shame on you.

Buyer's remorse indeed. I'll never, ever return. Scrawny chicken strips, teensy biscuits and extremely overpriced tidbits of food are not worth that price.

I could have had an amazing platter of Cajun seafood at Pappadeaux for a couple of dollars more.

Absolutely the worst food I have put in my mouth. Me and my fiance ordered boneless wings and chicken tender combos. My tenders were "blackened" and had a consistency comparable to RUBBER. I couldn't finish them, the texture was that repulsive. And my fiance's food wasn't much better. His Mac n cheese tasted like they half way washed the pan it was cooked in but forgot to rinse the soap off. I WILL NEVER BE RETURNING. Especially since all of this costed $30.

Pissed off customer. I haven't ate at Popeyes for 2 months. Ordered today and noticed the large side containers are smaller, but you'll charge the same price. Down right criminal. Should be ashame of yourself.

I got an eight piece chicken meal with one large side, which was mac & cheese. They up charged me $.50 and when I got the large package, the container was halfway full. The Chicken looked a little burnt. I live on Tramway and it wasn’t worth my time and gas to go pick up a new container. It had enough for one person so I let my husband have it. When I called the restaurant they offered to replace the Mac and cheese hardly worth my time and money.

The $3 "regular" sides are barely half full. A pathetic amount of food for what you're paying. It's literally four bites of mac and cheese for $3. Buy a box of kraft and you'll be better off. It was also a 3 piece combo, 2 breasts and one wing. They gave me two wings and one breast. Two very different amounts of chicken. First and last time wasting my money here.
