Don't go to this location. They lie about their menu and they go out of their way to screw you out of coupons.
The lady I spoke to claimed that they didn't sell chicken nuggets but that is literally what is in one of the kids meals is a four-piece chicken nugget. I had two coupons and when I tried to put in the second one, they evidently charged me for it multiple times and then refunded all of them in order to make it so that my order got canceled and I couldn't use my coupon code which resulted in me getting charged full price.
On top of that, she didn't even give me full size chicken tenders. Two of them are normal size but the third one was half size, like a little baby tender that was practically a chicken nugget in and of itself. Something you would give to small children. I asked her if there were any broken pieces in the tray that she could give me to make up for it or if she could just give me a nugget but she said no and that they don't have nuggets and that she wouldn't swap it out. I finally got her to give me extra sauce but she got an attitude about trying to charge me for sauce.
I really love drowning stuff in sauce so one sauce cup isn't even enough for one full size tender those little sauce packs are so tiny. I need at least one sauce for each piece of chicken. So this chick, going to sit here and give me a tiny sliver of a chicken strip, instead of a full size chicken tender, and then immediately turn around and complain when I ask for 2x sauce packet?
I'm having to control myself over here cuz you know I want to be swearing up and down this review. I had to control myself the whole time while she is being shady, unhelpful, and rude. I'm sitting there trying to be polite, trying to negotiate, my disappointment increasing by the moment. I wasn't even trying to be mad. I was going to pay for 3x meals as long both of my coupons got honored. But they only honored one, they wouldn't make it right, they canceled my other order after they processed my coupon, they don't even know how to use their own app in order to help me figure out how to put in the promo code. Even if I had walked out, she said she couldn't give a refund and that I would have to call customer support, but evidently she lied about that too because according to my bank, they refunded the order that got canceled. I didn't cancel it, according to my bank, the lady at Popeye's did. Miss ponytail at the restaurant really didn't want to see me get 6 pieces of chicken for $2 when you know everybody is struggling right now. And it wasn't even going to come out of her pocket so I don't know why she went out of her way to screw me over when I was trying to be polite. The coupon came from my phone plan. Why do some people got to go out of their way to ruin other people's day? At the end of it, one meal was ordered full price by accident, I attempted to order the other two meals with the 2 coupon codes I had. She canceled one of the orders, and I ended up with 6 pieces of chicken for $9
Go to any other Popeye's location but avoid this one. At least until they get rid of Miss ponytail who claims to be the manager even though she isn't. No way they're putting some kid as a manager. I'm not stupid.
And I don't care who you are or where you work- if a customer wants more sauce, just give them the sauce. You don't get paid enough to care, and it's not coming out of your check. Nobody is going to audit you for an extra 2 oz of sauce. With all the orders they have coming in, do you really think that they are going to pay attention to a cup of sauce or who took it or where it's going? Nobody is going to drop what they're doing and check every ticket and measure the sauce jug or count the sauce packets every 10 minutes.
Edit: My bank is already going to approve a chargeback, once I explained my story, the lady at discover agreed that wasn't right. So once

Got the chicken strip meal with red beans and rice. Chicken strips were a big disappointment. They tasted like rubber.. The only thing that was good was the red beans and rice and the biscuit.

Priority was given to the drive through. At least 3 sets of customers had to wait for Chicken to be cooked three separate times due to the drive through. By the time orders were ready , mashed potatoes, gravy, beans and rice were already cooled off. We had to reheat when we got home.
Only thing that was fabulous was the biscuits.

Absolutely awful, didn’t give us our mashed potatoes. We order spicy tenders and received regular instead. They also forgot the sauce. We had to use our own sauce at home… Fries were also soggy and old to top everything off! Maybe hire some competent employees next time :))

Ordered the bacon Swiss chicken sandwich along with the Mac and cheese, the food came out piping hot and fresh! The restaurant was clean and all the tables were sanitized free of crumbs.

I am digging the new boneless wings. Yes, I know they are not really wings, but more lile chicken nuggets. It doesn't matter. I'll call em wings if I want to. Deal with it. Anyway, they rock!

I ordered chicken wings, they were cold & dry. The meat was red inside, it grossed me out.
