Friendly staff, good wine, nice casual vibe. They don't offer food themselves, but you can order from The Kitchen in the complex. Great food from them.

Amazing place to grab a cocktail or glass of wine. The ambiance is great. Lots of seating inside and outside. The bartenders are always friendly and helpful if you don't know what to order. Live music consistently outside or inside at the stage where you can listen to music and enjoy a drink!

We were exploring the neighborhood around Hotel Zazz looking for food and discovered "Public House ABQ, Wine for the People" only one Block away. They didn’t have any food but we could order food 3 doors down and they would deliver. It turns out there were 4 independent business who worked together. A kitchen, a bar , a coffee shop and a wine bar. We ordered the Patas Bravos and Fried Brussels. We went back to the Wine Bar and Gabe gave us an overview of the wine bar. It was basically the tasting room for Vara winery who got there juice from either Spain or California though he said they were starting to source grapes from New Mexico. The wines he recommended were excellent. I had a Vermentino and my wife did a Spanish Flight. The food from Nob Hill Kitchen hit the spot. We had such a good time that we visited the Wine bar three times. The last time we visited the day we were leaving Albuquerque Kerry served us and she was as knowledgeable as Gabe. What a great time we had in the bar. We are looking to return next time we are in Albuquerque.
Vegetarian options: We ordered Patas Bravas, Fried Brussels and a wonderful tomato and Cheese sandwich on Texas toast bread from The Kitchen at Nob Hill 3 doors down in the same complex and the food was delivered in 15 minutes

Great venue for the Bard Crawl, but everything felt a little too expensive.

Pictured is the snow bunny. Very very boozy but unique creamy taste. Pretty pricey but environment is bright, clean and service was friendly. Closes early but a good place for a wine tasting experience or some specialty cocktails.

Haven’t been here in a few months. Decided to swing by with 5 friends after dinner from down the road. Walked in and was completely ignored by the bar tender. He finally walked over and was like can I help you with something? Like why are we here kind of attitude. Really bothered that he had to stand up and come over to us. I asked about beer selections…really lacking. We all kind of looked at each other and was like, this is not a good vibe and just walked out. Not sure what happened to this place but really sad experience and the last time we try it.

First night, Vara Winery and Distillery took over Public House, and we felt like we had to leave. I understand the celebration, but 5 - 6 kids making the place loud and crying is not welcoming to a couple on a date night trying to reconnect and get away from their own kids for a grown up chat and some drinks. Then the guy from the distillery walked up to the bar with a baby in his arms to order a drink, and my husband made a light-hearted joke about carding the baby, to which he responded that he owned the place. The vibe isn't the same. It's only day 1! While we enjoyed being regulars, I'm not wanting to go back. Love Chip, but no, thank you.

Public House is my new favorite patio to hang out at outside. The wine is very good and the service is authentic and helpful. I love the unpretentious casual vibe and sunshine!
I've always wanted to stop in and get a nice fancy drink... but now I'll never go back. Laptops and backpacks just spread out on tables, chairs that were so wobbly I didn't feel safe sitting in. The bar tender talked over me and didn't even say hello when I came to the bar. I dont get tue whole students doing homework at the bar type of atmosphere, just thought this place a bit classier. And no food!? Not even a food truck. Super disappointing for how expensive my 1 drink was ?
