Loved it!!!! Just had my first time here and I felt so at home that I was able to sing in front of other people for the first time ever! So much fun — the drinks are reasonably priced, there are plenty of places to sit and hang out, and the staff are so cool and friendly! Can't wait to come back 💕💕💕

I called ahead and asked if they had food they said they don't so I didn't get to try any of the food from the bowling alley. However, the karaoke was really unfulfilling. The same people saying over and over and the rotation was never existent. The sound system was all bass, and everybody sounded pretty deep and low because of it. Some people saying four or five songs while many others like myself sat waiting to be called for that second song after about 2 hours of that we decided to leave. The drinks all come in single-use plastic so there's no sense in buying a bunch of that, the seats are too close together so nobody is comfortable or can move, and I guess if you're playing pool or bowling it might be more entertaining but as far as the karaoke went thumbs down all the way.

Fun place and the drinks are very well priced. Karaoke is busy and fun, but they really need a sound system upgrade. It's pretty soft and you can hardly hear the background music when singing. But it is super fun, the DJ is super excellent and nice, and you won't have a bad time here. Always a good time. Would be a perfect experience with a better sound system.

Good vibe, friendly clientele, and not a long wait for your song to come up. I was a bit disappointed that sodas weren't free for the designated driver. Attached to Silva Lanes bowling alley so it's also relatively family friendly.

Dj only has favorite people who only lets them sing. However new people never have a chance to sing at this location, and on top of that, this is my second review on this dj and the place. Seems like they deleted my previous comment about them and how they truly show their REALLY TRUTH of new costumers.

So fun

This is hands down the worst bar to step foot in. My friends and I went inside to inquire about karaoke, and we were ignored by both bartenders. They continued to ignore us, and served other people as we stood in line; even when there wasn't anyone else next to the bar. At some point we talked to one of the bartenders (an older white-haired man) whose demeanor was rude and unwelcoming. He informed us that they only have karaoke night when they have "enough people." He never specified a number of people. Suddenly the same blonde-haired female bartender who ignored us decided to interject — and rudely pointed out that we had to "drink and tip" to participate in karaoke — as if that isn't ALREADY obvious when you go to other bars. Both interactions with the bartenders made it clear they didn't want to serve my friends and I, even though we're of age to be there. We were willing to be paying customers, but instead we were rudely dismissed and belittled. Their lack of service matched with the rundown building perfectly!

I went with some co-workers, all travel nurses, and we had A BLAST!! You can't NOT have something to do...Punky's is inside a bowling alley with great snacks and reasonable lane charges, then the bar itself serves good drinks, there are pool tables, dart boards, AND karaoke. If you go and don't have fun, it's cause you're lame. It's a hole in the wall kind of place but it's clean, the staff were friendly and efficient, and even on a Friday night there was a good sized crowd but with plenty of space to sit and mingle. I'm only in Albuquerque for a couple more weeks and I'm sad I didn't know about this place sooner. Definitely worth having a night out there. Thank you for an awesome time Punky's and Co.!!

Venue could use a touch up. Everyone feels crowded & bar is always full with a 15-20 minute to get a soda or drinks with friends.

This is my favorite place to go and sing karaoke in the whole state of New Mexico. They do it every night and it is so fun, not to mention that the bowling alley snack bar has the best cheese fries ?
