The pupusas are very thick in dough, they feel very dry, they need a little less thick and with a little more fat, good size, poor ventilation, it is too hot, that brings flies, it needs to be kept a little cool, close curtains, that's why it comes in too hot all the seats had sun and attracts flies, I hope you take into account the comments of someone who loves pupusas!!?
Haven't had papusas in a while and this is an amazing spot to stop at. It wasn't crowded when I got there so there was good parking and the food was amazing I will definitely be coming back
We found this wonderfully authentic restaurant in Albuquerque while traveling through. The food was wonderful - we had pupusa de carne asada and I had platano frito. The service was great and so was the atmosphere. I highly recommend it.
