Outstanding place in every conceivable way. Scotch eggs were delicious and very reasonably priced. Had their Mor-Buck IPA, Kill or be Kilt Scotch Ale, and Irish Handcuffs Imperial Irish stout. All three were robusto as hell, massive flavor, great finish, perfect pour, etc etc. If I lived in this area every person who works here would know me by name. 11 out of 10 stars.

I should have taken a photo of the QC Philly sandwich, but I gobbled it up before the thought manifest itself. There was lots of sliced beef, peppers and onions, and all buried beneath a huge dollop of super-tasty melted cheese. The fries that came with it were easily among the best I've ever had. The other three folks in my party also enjoyed their selections.
I will return!

First time here for my husband and myself.
We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the food beyond delicious. Started with the poutine to share (amazing!), then I had the Celtic Trio with the Shepard's Pie, Bangers n Mash, and stew while my husband got the Turkey Melt.
Oh, also they have a mead flight and you have to try the 'Viking' mead.

The coleslaw was translucent so it wasn't good so I call and the waitress with no common sense or brains said it was fine and ask the cook he said he didn't tasted it, but coleslaw is not supposed to be translucent, I'll be telling people I know that the cook don't check to see if the food is good
A general perfect pub. Great drinks, open and friendly atmosphere, fantastic staff and genuinely good food.
Excellent fish and chips. Very large white fish with no fishy smell or taste. Fluuy soft interior with excellent breading. Sweet potato chips are nice. Not the best I had but seasoned with salt and pepper and a nice consistency.
Previously had the bourbon pecan pie and it is stellar. The bourbon is strong but, despite that, doesn't ruin the pecan pie. It's a nice psize and a very, very sweet filling. Have been here for two work events and it always delivers.

Try the mead! The fried pickles are amazing and we are hooked on the bangers and mash, shepherd's pie and fish and chips. But the meads and their red ale are amazing.

We ordered the grilled fish tacos; turned out to be lots of tortilla with hardly any fish. We asked if we could substitute a different side for the beans, and were told yes, we could choose any of the side dishes. We chose sweet potato fries, when the food came, the fries seemed like they were precooked and had sitting around for quite awhile. They were terrible. Then when the bill came, unbeknownst to us, there was a two dollar up charge per plate for the fries! The waitperson never informed us of the additional charge! Overall, it was a terrible experience, and we will not go back, nor would we recommend the restaurant.

Don’t listen to any bad reviews-THIS PLACE IS FIRE!!! Wings are absolutely awesome, they had a nice lemony crust and were perfectly cooked with hot sauce. Fried pickles are also great for a good appetizer too eat. They were absolutely delicious with ranch. Bangers Ang mash were almost the best I had ever tasted. Overall, this place was so good I could eat everything in the store.

Went with my wife, kids, and parents today. I got the combo with bangers and mash, shepherds pie, and corned beef and cabbage. My wife got the fish and chips. The Shepherds Pie was absolutely amazing and the corned beef was the best I've tasted in a LONG long time. I also dug into my wife's fish and chips. The fish was awesome, perfect fry on them... And the chips! The chips! Those are sooooo good guys. If the Viking Mead is available, definitely try it, tart and fruity - so good. Having never been to the location the parking was a little hard to find but after you find it you're golden. I did have to mark the service down a notch, I used to serve and I understand wanting to get off shift so there did feel like a slight rush from our server but he still did a great job. We need to come back. Thank you for the experience and the incredible food. And the Chips!
