This review is overdue - I last went there in Oct 2021. I ordered the French Dip and as usual, it was awesome. Bun is overloaded, can't put your mouth around it, but it is so good, Dip was tasty and can get a refill if need more.. This is where I learned what mouth-watering meant. Today (Feb 2022) I learned that they are closing the restaurant and am so unhappy. The BBQ is good, the beer was always cold, the servers were always friendly, and always greeted you as you came in. Sorry to see them go but thank you for over 50 years serving hungry folks like myself. Bon Voyage.

You don't hear this a lot but our BUSSER was awesome, he was so attentive. He felt more like our waiter then our server! Food was great and drinks were great. Met my expectations! Shout out to our BUSSER CESAR

Been going here since I was a kid, and I love it! Grabbed a pound of hotlinks, brisket, and beans to go recently, and had a great feast with friends! It was good to see them still putting out the good BBQ!

I haven’t ate here in a year due to our Covid crisis in 2020. I finally patronize the place today. Prices on everything on the menu went up but that I guess that’s due to Covid and the price of Beef,Chicken,Pork,Crab also. I order my usual…Ribeye,home fries,salad,and a ginger ale. It was delicious. A bit small but delicious (maybe I drew bad tonight,idk)steak. Give it one more try and I hope my steak ? is bigger. Can’t tell y’all everything else on the menu.

This location has been going downhill for a while they blame it on Covid I blame it on Laziness within wanted some steaks they were out didn't want to work with us

It's been 40 years since I've been here, it was great then and great now. They have lots of beers on tap. We ordered the rib plate and it was soo good. If you haven't been here, you need to come. If it's been a while since you've been, then you need to come back

Ordered carryout, didn't get what we ordered. My fault I should of checked. Brisket was dry, the chicken looked like it was boiled then a light sear. Didn't feel like complaining. Threw it out.
