What a wonderful delight to enjoy a restaurant that welcomes you in. With courteous service, good food and a nice atmosphere. I Could not ask for more, but I got more. They opened a new restaurant on rio grande in the old Monica's restaurant, building. the food is the same as the original location and the service fantastic. I want to wish them a prosperous journey in the new location. 5 stars...

I don't know what's better the food or the service!!! Because they are both pretty dam good! The lady's deserve a raise!!!!
My fav spot! the food is always good and the customer service is excellent. Always so friendly!
I’m from Amarillo, Texas, and during my visit to Albuquerque, I was truly impressed. The food here was not only delicious but also served in generous portions. But what stood out the most was the outstanding service. The waitstaff consistently checked in to see if we needed anything, and their friendliness made the entire experience feel like I was enjoying a meal at home with my parents. It was warm, welcoming, and unforgettable, hands down, the best service I’ve ever received with a smile, definitely a place I would love to return and visit. Sorry I don’t have a picture of the food but it look and asked great.
Yummy food, super sweet staff and to top it off great prices! What a novelty!
Oh and the frijoles are THE best.... thank you for being so wonderful
Absurdly fast service, incredible food and great prices. Deserves all the great reviews.
Just wanted to recommend a new to me, little family owned restaurant, Ramona's on Jefferson. They've been there 2 years now and are friendly, clean, fast and affordable. 5 out of 5!!

We have tried to eat every Mexican (not NM) restaurant in the city and have been disappointed by all. Today we ate at Ramona’s Mexican Cafe off of Jefferson, it was PERFECT!!! The service was extremely patient, helpful, kind and attentive. EVERY plate we ordered was fresh, homemade and delicious. The aguas are fresh and not too sweet and made with real ingredients rather than powders. Salsas and chips were homemade and so delicious. My husband had the combo plate with an enchilada, relleno, and tamale. I had the posole, and my son had the queso tortilla smash burgers. I’ve been very critical of places we’ve ate at. I miss fresh, homemade food at restaurants. Everything now tastes frozen and store bought. Not Ramona’s, it was obviously homemade with pride! I’m so impressed! We’ll be back!

Great food, Friendly and fast service, and very inviting the food is excellent
My partner got the smothered burrito with bacon and sausage, green chile on the side and queso smothered.
I got Enchiladas Montadas with sunny side up, bacon, and Xmas, side of flour tortillas. It was one of the best places for breakfast, the food was flavorful and hot, while the servings were plenty. Anytime I'm in Albuquerque, this will be the new breakfast spot.

I've ordered from Ramona's a few times and always pick up my order.
Today, I went to pick up an order for my colleague and myself. Upon doing so, I dropped the food by accident and the staff was eager to re-make my order. I insisted not to as I did not want to bother them but they insisted on doing so.
Thank you Ramona's and co. Amazing service and amazing staff.
