The lower rating is due to the confusion with the reservation. Ranchers Club restaurant is NOT open for business or taking reservations. We were looking forward to a nice steak dinner prior to the live entertainment they had arranged for the evening. When we arrived, we sat and dined in the Ranchers Club Lounge, which was having a “soft-reopening”. The place is beautiful. Service was great considering there was only one person working. They are still working out the kinks...
Our family and friend celebrated Thanksgiving Day meal at the Rancher's Club. From arrival to departure the whole experience from personnel, drinks, meal, appearance, etc. was outstanding! We will be back and look forward to Rancher's Club opening back up full time.
The lobster appetizer was delicious. I appreciated the manager's checking in with us about how things were going. He mentioned that the service staff was new, and that's not surprising since they just reopened. It was so nice to be back at the Rancher's Club - a family tradition for us. We hope to be back soon.
