Location on Rio Grande was absolutely horrible. Service was horrible, and the food was all wrong. Garbage. Never going back

Service was poor, no plates pulled no waters refilled. Brought food out for4 of us then went to assist another customer before returning with the other three entres. Food took so long we think the waiter forgot to turn in the order. We had a party of 7 they were out of 2 peoples menu choices. This place has really gone down hill.
Love this place! Have been to all 3 locations. Great service and good food. Enjoy the ambiance. Our go to place when in town.
Hadn't been there for months and I was pleasantly surprised. Food was delicious and the atmosphere was nice! I'll definitely be going back!
Unfortunately coming on a Sunday, even with a reservation, means it takes over an hour to get your food after ordering, cold food and rock hard pancakes. They did fix these issues, but it is still very frustrating. Our server was not friendly at all, and you could tell she was very stressed and overwhelmed.
8 of use went here for dinner after a performance at the Spanish Culture Center. The dessert was better than my food. I got 2 chicken tacos plate and the chicken was dry and Luke warm not hot at all. Next time I will not order this. I should've just ordered the watermelon cheesecake 😕 Our guy server was awesome.

This was my first time eating here, unfortunately our waiter was not great. Very slow, and although it wasn't busy I kept having to ask multiple times for things and she still failed to bring them. For example upon arrival, I asked her for a booster seat and she forgot, then I asked again when she brought our drinks, but she still didn't bring it. After the 2nd time I went and asked the hostess for one. Also this part isn't on the waitress, but I had to reorder 3 times because the store was out of the food items I ordered. Lastly, our food took a very long time to arrive, I expect to wait for food when it's a busy time of day however the restaurant was pretty empty and we still waited a long time. I don't think I'll be back.
