We waited an hour for our food. I think they forgot us then my Husband's sandwich was runny and very sloppy. The Manager gave us a refund but that doesn't solve the problem. Manager needs to inspect the food orders before they are served and also the men's bathroom was leaking from the sink about to over flow. Management needs to do a better job instead of standing around!!!

The coffee was luke warm and bitter. I sent it back. The huevos rancheros was not good. A plate full of liquid green chili sauce. Very soupy. It was rushed out and not prepared well. It seemed as if they were short staffed. Our waitress had at least ten other tables, and she was even working the counter. It's not her fault it's definitely poor management. We'll never go back to this location. I've had better luck with the bernalillo location.

Good food, reasonable prices, great service! Ask for Alexander, he is a great waiter. It doesn’t look like much on the outside but inside it’s a fun place to sit and let your eyes wander while you wait for your food to arrive.
Long wait to get a drink order and to be waited on. Very long wait to get drink', salsa and food order. I had the chicken fried steak. It was great, my only suggestion is to cover the mashed potatoes with gravy also.. I had the cake for dessert , it was great.

I am updating my review based on today's experience. Took a long time to be seated. We were a large party, so it is understandable. However, it took a long time to get our food, 30+minutes. When we asked the server about the status of our order, she snapped at us. She did give us chips and salsa at no cost, and fruit for the toddler in the group. It turned out that the kitchen was very slow because they moved their experienced cook to another store. Regardless, we have had two bad experiences with this chain in one week, so we won't be returning again.Previous review:Food, service, and prices were all great. Food arrived quickly.

I was very disappointed ☹️ in the service and food we received on Easter Sunday. We waited for 1 1/2 hours to get our food. The waiter was not on top on his game. Didn’t come around to refill our water or tea. When the food did come it was lukewarm bordering on cold. I think They keep it under the heat lamp too long and caused our bread to get hard. I’ll probably never go back there. You pay enough for the food there should be better. We had to bring back leftovers and heat it up in microwave.

The service was unbelievably slow. 2+ HOURS for breakfast on a Sunday morning.The cinnamon roll was good. But the rest of the food, when it did come, was cold.The food was fine. But I wouldn’t put myself through that kind of wait again.Yes, the food is made from scratch, but this morning I felt like they were out foraging for the eggs from random chickens on the street.
