Red Lobster

Made a reservation for 6 pm on Open Table. We arrived promptly and were seated relatively quickly but there seemed to be some confusion about where to seat us. We sat and sat made our selection from the menu and still no one approached us. The service was absolutely horrible, we had to ask 3 times for our waitress to come by, apparently there was a mix up and the person we kept asking turned out to be our waiter. No water, no acknowledgment we were there as wait staff after wait staff passed by us for about 20 minutes. Unacceptable service. The food was mediocre at best. Had to ask for check and a to go box twice. Don't know how they stay in business. We won't be back.

Always great food, our server was very friendly and attentive overall we had a great experience eating at red lobster!

Went to Red Lobster last night for birthday celebration. Our server had bad customer service skills not to mention seems irritated with the table seated beside me. Unfortunately the shrimp wasn’t cleaned correctly sadly now my family and friends have food poisoning. not to mention didn’t receive a celebration or mention for the birthday that was taking place. wouldn’t suggest this establishment and feel that it is unclean due to the quality in food.

Nothing special. $ 5early bird margarita was good. Cheddar biscuits didn't even seem that good. Our waitress, Kathleen, was super though.

Vegetarian options: Website says vegan menu area but not so much. You have to order just sides at inflated prices.

I ordered shrimp Alfredo and it was really watery. I didn’t even eat it . 🤮🤮 I ask for more biscuits but never showed up & waiting on refill on my ice tea never showed up. Never again eating there I don’t recommend it and for that price. What a waste of money.

Ordered one pound of snow crab and potatoes along with butter and what was delivered was cold crab and no butter as well as no potatoes. Called the store about this and the manager said just call door dash and they will take care of it. Spoke to door dash and only was credited 8 dollars even though the food could have kindly been remade (not cold) and taken care of. Manager was no help at all. Will not be ordering again.Also didn’t order a salad but received salad toppings. I’d rather of had the butter.

Lovely treat but prices have doubled and portions are smaller.. sad that simple pleasures are too expensive for the average worker.

Carolyn our server was the best! Very attentive and nice. She went above and beyond expectations! The manager also stopped by twice and asked how everything was and if we needed anything. The food was amazing, we had the $20 crab leg lunch special. Sooo good
