Red Lobster

I made reservations because it was Christmas day at 1 pm, but we had to wait 20+ minutes to get seated, as did many others.

It was busy! All employees handled it very well. I would go back again. Even on Christmas.

Great service tonight! Ultimate Seafood feasts were prepared perfectly. Excellent dinner.

Our server was excellent attentive, kind, and did everything right. Unfortunately, the experience was completely ruined by the manager(Hanna), who was incompetent, dismissive, and rude.
I come here regularly, but after this interaction, I will not be returning. It’s disappointing to see such poor management overshadow.

My first visit to Red Lobster was absolutely amazing. The atmosphere, lighting, and overall vibe of the restaurant were fantastic and made the experience feel special. The service throughout the evening was consistently excellent.
I ordered the steak and lobster, and both were outstanding. The steak was cooked perfectly to my preference, and the lobster dipped in butter was rich, tender, and incredibly delicious. Every bite felt like a real treat.
Lori, our server, truly made the night. She was warm, attentive, and full of positive energy, providing impeccable customer service from start to finish. Because of her and the overall experience, I’m already looking forward to coming back.

Red Lobster is a classic for a reason. They get everything right, and if it isn’t, they will make sure you’re happy and take care of it. I’ve been coming here since I was little and I love it. Lori our server at the ALQ location tonight was amazing. She went above and beyond for us, ensuring that if my boyfriends steak wasn’t cooked right she would take it back to the kitchen, she’s attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and great at making you feel welcome. I really appreciated her caring energy.

Ordered takeout and I got to say NEVER AGAIN!!!!! I ordered family size meals and received single servings. Walt's favorite shrimp, coconut shrimp, shrimp scampi and dragon calamari. The breading was wet, flavorless and the shrimp some were mushy and others were rubbery. The cocktail sauce was ok, but people were taking pieces of plastic from the coconut sauce. The rice was under cooked, the biscuits were old and the Caesar salad came with mayo NOT Caesar dressing! My husband got sick and I had to order Chinese because nobody wanted to continue eating that disgusting food that I payed over $100 for. Never again!!!
