Food was amazing and even though they were packed, everything came out pretty quick. The best part, our server was such a cool guy! Rocky was super friendly and super considerate. Would definitely come back for the food and for my man Rocky!

I have come here for almost 25 years every year for my birthday. I've seen it in its ups and downs. This experience was good. The food was awesome and Vanesa our server was amazing. She seemed to be surrounded by people that didn't know how to do their jobs/ did not want to do their jobs. Including her manager Casey we saw her deliberately skip our table when asking how the night was. It was Venesa that did and fixed everything. The manager just ran and hid in the corner. So food is great. Service is good but management is undeserving.
Our server VANESA was excellent. She should be excluded from the negative review i'm posting. Because she was clearly busy, but very attentive and welcoming. Now then. We all know Red Lobster has gone down hill. It's not the fancy schmancy place it was in the 90's. But our experience here tonight was a major disappointment. The wait time was crazy, there was only one bar tender for a very full restaurant. We waited nearly 45 minutes for dinner, which would have been a minor issue, except that our crab legs came out ICE cold. When we mentioned it to the server, the MANAGER (Kacey) stood by, clearly hearing the conversation and complaint, and walked away rolling her eyes. The server we had was very apologetic, and handled the whole situation well. But it was disappointing to witness her supervisor walk away, and not 1) support her team in a conflict and 2) not attempt to make it right. Do better, Kacey.

I was very disappointed in this trip. The cole slaw is usually a favorite, but tasted like the condiment added was tainted. The lobster was dry, as was the shrimp. The drinks were great, however.
