Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Menu is basic, overpriced. Soggy bottom bun, cold fries... On the upside, The beer was in fact beer...

I had to walk out today after I had no one talk to me for 20 minutes. I memorized the entire menu. Do better.

Didn’t even get to eat or drink. We were waiting 20 minutes for a server and no one came. Very disappointing.

The burgers aren’t what they used to be in the early ‘00s. The fries aren’t endless because that would require the server to check in on you.

The food was good I enjoyed my burger but the waiters felt like she was just rushing us out. Asking for our plates before we even finished. I ordered garlic fries and everyone got different fries and we ask for a refill and they brought out a small basket for 3 of us and there was very small amount of fries on our plates to begin with. This place is famous for their bottomless fries and we just got one small order for table of three. I wouldn’t come back.

I normally like this place for delivery or dining. However, my latest experience was trash. I ordered delivery, and the order was wrong. And I was put on hold forever to try to make the order right. And then when I arrived, they told me that I had to come in and get the order. Because they no longer did curbside, and I was barefoot and had to walk across the parking lot with no shoes on. In order for them to bring me my order.

They're a good, decent place. They're not fantastic. The food is good but once again not fantastic.

Vegetarian options: It's a hamburger place. If you're a vegetarian, this is not the place for you.

Food took forever. Paid extra for a mix of sweet fries and regular fries and relieved a super small portion of each. Fries were not very warm and chicken sandwich was very disappointing. Go anywhere else..

This Red Robin location totally went downhill. I was so embarrassed after I brought my friend here who had never been to this location before. First we started with the towering onion rings. The onion rings were good and crunchy, but when our waiter brought it to us, that was ALL he brought to us. He put the tower down and walked away leaving us with NO plates, NO utensils, and NO napkins. He went in the back and was hardly seen again. My friend and I were hungry so I had to get up and go into the next room to the bar to ask the bartender for plates, utensils, and napkins. Sad.

Then our burgers came which were saturated with grease all around the bun and the meat was falling apart, not in a patty at all. The mushrooms were minced, not sliced as usual, and there was barely any cheese. The sweet potato french fries and the steak french fries were soggy and cold. Our overall experience was awful, which is a shame because this location was consistently good for years. But the price of everything went way up while the service and food went way down. I advise everyone to go to another Red Robin location. I know that I'll never come here again.
