I went to Red Robin for the first time and it was a great experience. I got the new A1 Burger and it was very good, the fries were also very good. My host, Christopher, was personable and a pleasure to interact with. I will definitely be back!

We arrived at 8:30 pm had to wait until 9:25 to be seated on a Saturday night they only had 2 servers. WHY bad management?. We ordered 2 beers it took 15 minutes to get the as the bartender was to busy flirting with the girls at the bar. The one shining star of the night was grace our waitress she was trying her hardest to keep us happy and she did a good job trying. It was a shame that we have eaten at the other Albuquerque location and it's always been great.
Come on RED ROBIN get this location up to standard.

Meh! The waitress is super super nice, but the service was so slow and then the food was not good. It was not good and then as soon as we start eating the salad, our stomach started hurting and sure enough if we each got foodborne ill illness afterwards so that sucks! At first I was thinking “maybe it’s just you”, but I went into the bathroom and saw how disgusting the bathroom was like its never been cleaned. I’ve never seen a restaurant that’s so commercial have such a disgusting restroom. toilets were unhinged, scum in every crevice, and blowout residue in each toilet. Although now I understand the blowouts. The illness causing agent was a salad cause I had my salad first, He had his after eating his as an additional unlimited side. I was sick Soon after I finished my salad and the only thing that showed up in my blowout was salad chunks. he ate his Towards the end of the meal and then he started to be unwell At that time. I confirmed this morning that his blowout also contained salad chunks so definitely.

LAZY COOKS!!!
The service and food has always been good, but don't order chicken! I got a rubber grilled chicken sandwich. Pretty sure they seared it for a few seconds and microwaved it the rest of the way. Not edible at all. Threw the patty away and replace with my own chicken I had leftover in the fridge. Our burgers were great.

We are COVID cautious and were looking for a table on the patio. It was also really nice and warm for a November day. The hostess took a few minutes to see if they could accommodate us, and they got a table set up for us! We were out there by ourselves, but the staff never let us feel abandoned. It was Veteran's Day, and they did seem pretty busy, but they still took great care of us. The food was good, the service was impeccable! It was exactly what we needed. Thank you!! We'll be back!

The burger was good. The onion rings were very good. Get them as your side. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. I'm not sure why but the atmosphere was depressing. I'll probably try it again in the future.
