We had to visit Albuquerque for medical purposes and my daughter and her family and I were looking forward to a visit to Red Robin. On the outset, the place was dirty, our order was brought out wrong and when we wanted “to go” drinks, the server brought out cups for us to drink there. She then proceeded to roll her eyes at us and said something we couldn’t hear. It was a terrible visit. Will never go again, it’s expensive and not worth your money. I was sorry we bothered.

We had excellent service tonight. The bartender/waitress went above & beyond in customer care. Food was delicious and they were able to fulfill a special order for my dietary restrictions. Overall experience was fantastic. The manager came out and checked on us as well. Thank you so much! (Nov 8th, 2025)

Lisa was attentive and prompt. Love the lunch hr and I never have to wait to long for my drink and food. Enjoyed a mango mai tai.

My wife and I had an awesome experience. The server listened carefully to my Gluten Free needs and made helpful suggestions. The manager, Robert Castro, checked in with us at least 3 times. Our salads with modifications were executed perfectly! Thank you for an excellent dining experience! This is a 5-star review! 🤘🤗

Whisked into a great seat with no wait. My first time at and Red Robin Restaurant. Signed me up for Red Robin Royalty for a free appetizer. The manager brought me fries! Great deals, staff was beyond welcoming and helpful. Great burger too made just how I wanted and quick service!

The burger was good, I was hoping for a little bit higher quality, but it was pretty decent. Sweet potato fries were decent. I’ve had better. Wish I could tell you about the six dollar drink. I had the stupid live that they give you which is is pointless because there’s basically a giant hole at the top and the lid itself is barely hanging on the cup jostled slightly. The whole thing fell over. I didn’t get a drop of that drink six dollars completely wasted and I knew this thing and I was trying to drink it in the parking lot because I knew it was not gonna make it on the ride home one turn and it was gonna be doneand flipped over didn’t even last that long so angry

This was my second time at this location. My first time was such a wonderful experience. I was disappointed this time around.
Not with the food or atmosphere, but with the service. I showed up on a Monday near noon and the place was empty. I have felt that most restaurants that when it is slow generally do not give good service and that’s exactly what happened here my table felt forgotten, lacking beverage refills, and really was just more of a burden than anything else.

I will return. One thing I’ve always enjoyed about Red Robins are the consistency of food and great atmosphere and for that I will return. I only hope the service gets better.
