After a 5 hour drive we decided to stop for a coffee. As a family of 4 we did get there 20 minutes before closing however the barista did not mention that would be a problem.
3 of our family members ordered and my wife was waiting to order after the barista finished making the first three drinks. By the time the barista finished up it was 3:59pm. The barista said she could not work or take orders past 4pm.
Again, This would not have been a problem if this was mentioned as we walked in as a family. So 3 family members walk out with a coffee and 1 doesn’t because it’s 1 minute before closing.
I took a couple of days to try and let this one go but unfortunately this still doesn’t sit right with me. My first bad review goes to Remedy.

For an easy sunday morning I visited Remedy Coffee shop, which I surprisingly found on Tiktok! I ordered a Blueberry lavender latte, Hannah was a great barista, and the outdoor patio was peaceful and relaxing. Love to revisit soon!

Great coffee shop with amazing slow cold brew! Stopped in here just for coffee but walked out with a vegan burrito, filled with beans, hash browns and red sauce. The barista was very friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great coffee and atmosphere
I ordered an iced matcha and said I don't like sweet drinks so wanted just a bit of honey; it was way too sweet for me so I brought it back to get just an iced coffee. To my surprise, the staff actually charged me for the drink. After spending 8 dollars on a matcha, I didn't expect they'd charge me again (for a 5 dollar iced coffee, in the smallest size) considering I didn't drink the first drink at all (it also hardly had a matcha flavor, it was like sweet milk). Really disappointing customer service, I won't be back.

I visited this coffee shop while on a walk with my dog. I got a house coffee which was a delicious dark roast and I sat on the patio with my dog. The girl that worked there was really sweet and set my dog up with water and a dog biscuit. The patio was nice and had lots of seating, and I can imagine it would be beautiful once the trees leaf out and the umbrellas are up. I will definitely be back for the house made vegan chocolate cake that was in the case.
