Decent food but very rushed and rude service.. mind you this is 1130 am. On top of that they have the audacity to say they have no more chicken when ITS A CHICKEN PLACE. At the end of the visit attitudes improved but damage is already done.

If the food was good I would not mind the run down building and rude service.

This was my first time visiting Rincon Del Pollo. It's a little hole in the wall in the far north valley. After hearing some great things about this place I decided to give it a try, and I am glad I did. There are only about 6 tables inside. It's not a huge restaurant but it's clean and the staff is super helpful and friendly. Order at the front and have a seat. I ordered the huevos rancheros with bacon and wow was it good! The Chile was delicious and the portion was pretty big. The beans and potatoes reminded me of my grandma's, very homemade taste. The tortilla that came with my meal was fresh and warm. The flavors were really good! I'm happy I found this place and will definitely be back!

The food is amazing! Shredded beef tacos remind me of my nana’s tacos, it takes me to my childhood every time! Not a lot of seating, it is an old house so somewhat small, but who cares when the food is that yummy!!

So we came here to eat my husband found this place . At. First we were happy the service was good the food was OK but then we get the bill and it was like 30 $! I mean wow we could have went to Sadies and got a whole feast we only got 2 burritos. Definitely overcharged us for 2 burritos and some stale chips and tomato sauce that was supposed to be salsa. Probably won't be returning

It's a small, cozy, little family restaurant just a short way from the intersection of Alameda Blvd and 4th St. Their main menu features baked chicken plates, either a half or whole baked chicken, complete with refried beans and Spanish rice, as well as flour or corn tortillas ! They also sell breakfast plates and burritos until 11:00 AM, and also feature different daily food specials !

Shredded beef burrito was excellent! Green Chili had a nice bite and great flavor. A definite return is called for. Talked to the owner, very nice lady. Said they make all of their own food except tortillas and they've been there 20 years. Longevity is definitely a sign of good ? food! IMHO...

Went looking for Pollo Asado in ABQ. This is the only place that came up that still exists. I've passed by this place. Ordered the half chicken plate. Spanish rice, refried beans, chicken and a tortilla. Chicken was baked and moist. Tortilla was fresh. Chicken from the supermarket has more taste.

I just discovered this lovely place and I was absolutely charmed by it. It’s authentic, the owners are lovely, and the food is absolutely delicious!!! They do breakfast and lunch so pay attention to the hours so you don’t miss out on this lovely little gem in the North Valley.
