This place is the absolute Best! The food is delicious from the quesa birria to the crusted quesadilla and everything in between. The vegan option for the taco is so good. The sopapilla cheesecake is to die for. The staff is so friendly and the atmosphere is inviting. We highly recommend

We moved to Rio Rancho about 2 years ago and have been on a mission to try all of the great eateries in the area. I wish I would have tried Rio Tacos sooner. The Tacos Birria and the Tacos Carne Asada we had were both the best we've ever had. Price was good, the staff was super friendly, and the restaurant space was very nice, welcoming and super clean. This is our new favorite taco place, and we can't wait to go back to try the fish tacos!

This was our first visit. The service and food were outstanding. We ordered

The Quesa birra, El Pastor, and Barbacoa tacos. Everything was delicious! The staff were friendly and patient. We will be visiting again in the near future and highly recommend for anyone else to stop by. You won't regret it.
