We got there 45 minutes before closing according to holiday hours. We were told that we could only order two ice creams because they were closing soon, but there were five of us in our group. The kids were extremely disappointed, and we went to Menchel‘s instead.

I have serious concerns about the hygiene practice here. The ice cream makers wear gloves, but they just keep wearing the same pair inside out after taking payments, including cash. After they took their gloves off to take the payments from the next customers, they again wore the same pair inside out. So, the same pair of gloves just keeps flipping side and being worn by the staff making the ice cream and touching the cookies, fruits, or anything put into the final product. The food contamination risk is extremely high. I saw this practice before they made my kids' orders. So, I asked the staff to put on a new pair of gloves. Although he complied, he didn't wash his hands after he took the cash payment. So, he basically put on the new gloves with his dirty hands. We threw away the ice cream without eating it, not risking our health.

The first time we tried this place it was amazing ! The second time I went in , I found a long hair at the bottom entangled in my ice cream. When I tried to call to let them know they need to be careful about this , they never picked up the phone . I called the next day and same thing no answer.

Google said the were open until 6 pm on Sunday, I literally got there at 5:30 and they were closed. The girl was in there cleaning up already and I asked her the hours and she said 6, I told her it was 5:30 but she said she was closed. Not professional, not sure the owner would appreciate her turning down business.

I Love it. They work hard. The struggles are real but they made it through. Keep it up.

Teen staff of three not answering phone also do not greet any customers. Been here a solid five minutes the phone has no been answered once and with three people on staff sure not doing much. Owner should look for better staff this is ridiculous!

Enjoyable experience with quick service. The rolled ice cream was delicious. I will be coming back

It’s good just the roll are kinda ugly and it’s like worth 5$ instead of 8$ because those rolls are kinda uneven sorry to say but yeah and at least make a custom order we’re u can bring your own item and they can make it into rolled ice cream and add a boba menu shoot and then you will have more costumers and make more money …that’s my only complaint
