Rollin’ Coal 505 BBQ has been a food truck at several Padres events over the past couple of years and recently catered a private event at our shop. Delicious BBQ! We had them cater our wedding, and it was one of the best decisions we made! They provided food for about 70 guests, and we still had plenty of leftovers. They even went above and beyond by giving us complimentary to-go boxes so our guests could take some home, and they thoughtfully packed a box just for my husband and me. Stupidest name ever for a food truck. Rollin coals definition is for a stupid modified diesel truck to blow black smoke in the air on purpose due to their modified fuel management system just to look cool and to pollute. The brisket tacos were delicious and the gentleman who served me was super nice. I would recommend this food truck to anyone, and I will be spending my money with them again in the future. If I was the owner I would definitely be thinking about a name change

Literally the BEST BBQ I’ve ever had. Juicy, tender, the meat just melts! Armadillo eggs are amazing ? Clean trailer, fast service, kind people. I just wish they would open a restaurant!!!! Also, the sauce needs to be bottled and sold!
