Amazing First Experience!

This was my first time visiting, and the atmosphere was incredibly welcoming. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted warmly and asked what I’d like to order. They had an amazing special— a burrito and coffee for about $9— which was a great deal. I also got a pastry, and it was absolutely delicious!

The burrito was a good size (I used a K-cup for reference) and packed with flavor. I ordered the red chile and carne adobada breakfast burrito, and it did not disappoint. The red chile was perfection—just the right balance of spice and richness. The food tasted incredibly authentic and homemade, just like something you’d get from a family kitchen.

I will definitely be returning!

Great little spot! Their burritos are great for breakfast, sandwiches are great, service is great and last time I was in they had a live violinist playing a nice variety of music which made for a very enjoyable meal.

My friend always knows the best restaurants so I like to let her pick. Today was no exception. She brought me a red/sausage breakfast burrito from Roma today. I bet the sausage, and all components are house made, the exceptional love shows as all the separate flavors play well together, while staying true to New Mexico. Possibly the best breakfast burrito this Burquena has ever had. We'll come soon for the lobster bisque.

Rolling through town on a 3,000+ mile road trip and really wanted something good for lunch. Pulled off the highway and found this gem! The staff was so amazing and friendly, and the food matches that. If your in town it’s a must hit!

A Hidden Gem in Town – Roma's Bakery and Deli is a Must!

As someone new to the area, we were thrilled to stumble upon Roma's Bakery and Deli while looking for a spot to grab lunch. From the moment I walked in, the energy of the place beamed with gratitude. The staff and owner went above and beyond to make us feel right at home.

Not only was the food delicious, but they also made our day by treating our pups to a piece of bacon! It's clear that Roma’s values its customers—both human and furry alike.

If you’re looking for great food, genuine hospitality, and a place that obviously cares about its community, I highly recommend stopping by Roma’s. We’ll definitely be back!

Gentleman behind the counter was delightful and recommended the breakfast burrito with carne adovada with both green and red chili sauce. It is so good I felt guilty for not being able to finish it. The tortilla tasted so fresh, not sure if it was made in house but it wouldn’t surprise me. Got a chocolate chip cookie for later and it is quite honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. If I’m ever back in the area, I am 100% making a point to stop here.

When you set foot inside this restaurant you can smell right away the freshness and the verity of flavors. But once you taste their food your mouth explodes with all the mixes of spices, textures and flavors.
We got greeted by Oscar the Restaurant owner who took our order and visited our table several times suggesting we try different samples of his menu.
Outstanding service. I will go back to Texas knowing that there is a great place to come and eat next time we come to Albuquerque NM

The time to order and wait for my ‘to go’ sandwich took 3/4 of my lunch hour. I will definitely order ahead next time. Lesson learned. The bread on my sandwich was extremely hard. Maybe because of coming off a holiday weekend? I will try again especially after reading the other reviews.
