We used to love ordering Rudy's. After yesterday's experience however we are done. The lean brisket was so dry and hard you had to use a knife to cut it. Definatel, not the brisket we are used to receiving. $70 for way below par food. The best thing about the lean and moistBrisket was the container of Cole slaw. How can they slice a d serve such hard and dry brisket. We are Beyond disappointed...

Love their fatty brisket.. wifey loves the ribs.. last trip.. when the cashier brought the ribs, they looked like they had just been cut out of the pig.. and skipped the bbq pit.. I asked for moist (wet) Brisket.. try pouring a full quart of their sauce on top of it.. but nothing would have been able to make that Brisket moist.. way too dry. Maybe we will go back, but not soon.

The quality of the breakfast tacos is very hit or miss they're often slimy on one side and crusty on the other side... from sitting under the lamps too long? I highly recommend the manager do some random checks for quality.

These guys are always awesome. Big Country (the Boss man), (big haas),has this place ran really well. It's always clean and it's always consistent. Good attitudes in there also. Michelle and Jill at the front door make everything smooth and easy. Good job guys! Highly recommended

We've never been to Rudy's. Great experience. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. We got takeout. The food was excellent.
Love their BBQ. The brisket has a nice smoke and the turkey is very tender and juice. They have a nice Diet Root Beer.

Usually this place is a treat for us , family members were here from upstate, treated them here for barbecue and was very very disappointed. None of us actually even finished any of what we had ordered on the menu , it was really bad. Seems to just be the one Rudy's on Coors Blvd . The Rudy's off of Carlisle is much better.
