My server ran my payment card incorrectly, giving themselves a higher tip that what I wrote down. I discovered this the next day once the payment posted to my account. I called the restaurant the next day to get it resolved, but the manager (Victor I think his name was) hung up on me.
maybe it was an accident, but the fact that I was hung up on is not ok.
good food though.

This is on the 4th st. Location. On their website. It says that chips , & salsa are complimentary with a drink at the bar, or with your meal. Only not for takeout orders. The website doesn't mention anything about takeout being excluded. For Mexican food, I think it's overpriced. It's petty good though. But how greedy are these people to not offer complimentary items when you don't eat there? And the girl I asked about it responded with yeah, yeah. Absolutely no communication skills whatsoever. I will most likely never go back there again. If they are going to charge for free stuff. I will go to a better place. El Charritos is by far better quality food. And they do not mislead their patrons with lies. Very disappointed in the horrible experience i just had. Sadly I do go there because of the " free" clips, & salsa. Well I used to go there. 0 zero stars for the greedy liars! Everyone should boycott this place. Teach them how honesty is important to do busses. I feel cheated.

Visiting from out of town and I’m so glad we ate at Sadie’s. The food was spectacular and our server Salina was amazing. The sopapilla was the best I’ve ever had! Highly recommend!

Sadies is overrated. Its for Tourists. Plastic cheese and only HOT Chile. Born and raised in NM. The chile is very hot but lacks good flavor. The heat seems a cover up for actually good chile. Oh well its always been a touristy restaurant.
