I'm a native New Mexican and make chile all the time at home, but if we're going out to eat New Mexican food, Sadie's is my first choice. Their portions are huge and the chile is always hot and tasty.
Visiting from out of town and I’m so glad we ate at Sadie’s. The food was spectacular and our server Salina was amazing. The sopapilla was the best I’ve ever had! Highly recommend!
Our server, Daniella, and assistant server/busboy, Robert, we're excellent. Water glasses filled, extremely pleasant amd always smiling. Food was good and plentiful and made for an excellent meal. Highly recommend.
