DONT EAT HERE! Workers SCAM!

I ordered 1 singular slice of pizza, then returned a second time to order 1 more SINGULAR slice of pizza both times I asked for my receipt the workers said “oh you don’t need it the buzzer will tell you when you food is ready”
To be clear I only order 2 slices of pizza I get home and check my bank account and they charged me for additional slices I never ordered.

Violating the American with disabilities act. I was here with my mother and my dog , My dog is an active service dog and we got kicked out for bringing her in. The so claimed “ general manager “ ran up to us to leave that they don’t allow pets. Wasn’t respectful whatsoever . The employees after the lady went away to the back all apologized for her. She needs immediate termination!

Horrible customer service! Employees are extremely rude. Check your receipt and make sure you are being charged for what you ordered. I was charged for a completely different pizza then what I ordered and when I tried to correct it, it was a massive argument and of course I was in the wrong. Food was fine but I will not be coming back and will not recommend due to the rude staff.

This place was much different when I was growing up. The vibe is not the same. The food is ok now, a bit overpriced for a college campus area restauraunt. They no longer make the deserts, the sauce is too sharp and the pizza dough is lacking something. Its an order at the counter go fetch your food on a cafiteria tray- for the same price as a higher quality sit down authentic italian place. Convienience and ample seeting is about all it has going for them these days, oh and maybe a beer and slice special. I dunno. Honestly, there are better choices 10 minutes in any direction. Hit or miss.

It will be a while before I come eat here again. Very disappointed with the staff today. We were celebrating my brother in law birthday there and they took our order but come to realize 30 minutes later they had it under a phone order. Waitress wasn't helpful either just kept on apologizing for the mistake. Food was ok but could have been better fresh when it was ready. Won't be back here for a long while.

First time here was about a month ago,, came in today around 1:00 pm, older man to our order , rude as hell , waited45 minutes for a small pizza and one fettuccine , pizza was not oven hot more warm/cold , fettuccine was floating in watery butter/oil just a little warm!!
NEVER SPENDING MONEY THERE AGAIN

I've been coming here for over 20 years. I've always enjoyed the food. But recently, I asked if they had the Fuitti de Mare. It's always on the menu board, but it isn't always available. The young cashier talked to the kitchen and they made it for me. But it was mostly very runny marinara sauce with four clams, two shrimp, and something else. This used to be a spicy meal featuring a variety of seafood, including clams, mussels, shrimp, and calamari. Maybe they should take it off the board.

Awesome food. Staff was very friendly. Did not feel rushed, even though myself and my buddies arrived shortly befor closing. A real nice little spot.

You walk in and the first thing that pops out at you is the peculiar decor. There’s faux columns from Greek mythology, random greenery and a fountain (almost jungle-like), and random celebrity statues. Aside from the decor, the wait was literally 30 minutes for a 14” pizza. Not to mention it was made incorrectly. Requested the thin crust, ended up with the pan crust. Almost brought up the issue to staff but I knew it’d be another long wait, so I refrained.

The amount of grease on the pizza was excessive. I mean more than my forehead on a hot day.. in Egypt excessive. Aside from having to soak the grease with a napkin, the pizza itself was tasteful.. however the prices are a little steep. EACH topping is $1.75- $3.75 extra depending on the size.

Overall, decent food but not worth the wait or the myocardial infarction.

The decor was quite interesting (wall mural with many interesting findings, etc.) and the people were very nice!

Being in the mood for spaghetti I thought I would give Saggios a try. At first glance I fell in love with the atmosphere, great murals, great music, fun vibe. That was quickly over when I placed my order. I was made to feel like I was bothering the tall young man who took my order. He crossed over and started talking to the customer next to me. There were issues with the tap credit card.

I ordered spaghetti with meat sauce instead of meatballs. My order came with meatballs that were chopped up. The sauce tasted like it was out of a can. Not impressed. It was hard to find a clean table. I asked for a spoon and the young lady pointed to plastic wear to go with my metal fork. I thought that was odd.

I don’t see myself returning.

The worst customer service I've experienced. I checked on my order twice and they said they didn't call me. Asked the cashier why my order is taking an hour while I've seen people come and go during this time. She said they called me. Even if they did(they didn't) common sense would tell you to call out a second time. This is just too much work and sense for them. Then she comes back and says my order still isn't ready. I said great I'll wait another 40 minutes. Cashier has no drive to think and make things right when, just tries to pass blame.
