I want a refund. It took an hour and half to get my order and was a really bad experience. Here's my receipt with the expected pickup time. Part of the order was ready 50 minutes ago and has been sitting this whole time. It's 6:48pm and the rest of the food is finally ready. I ordered at 5:19pm

Update: I was missing part of my order, they didn't give me one of the items I ordered

First time trying Saggios, put a phone order in for a large pepperoni pizza well done, gal on the phone said it'll be ready in 20 mins, got there 30 mins later, was told it wasn't ready yet, sat there 30 more mins for 1 lrg pepperoni, gal at front desk threw in a free cheesecake slice for the inconvenience which was much appreciated, gal forgot to give me a fork and napkins though, pizza 🍕 was good had great flavor cheese was stringy and crust was well done as asked, but price for large pepperoni was steep! 30 bucks for a pepperoni pizza is wild! I'd stop by once and a blue moon🌙

Disgusting! Ziti with no mozarella? More like noodles and sauce. Never again Saggios.

Classic place that's become an Albuquerque institution. The foods seems to have gotten better over the years. I hope it continues to live up to it's reputation. Keep up the good food and the good work.

Greek salad and small pizza for 40$ !? Crazy prices but the pizza was ok and the toppings were all piled on and not cooked .
Also I was told my order would be ready in 20
Min and it took 45. Pizzas good but not worth the wait and price .

I had used DoorDash for a take out Order it was very simple just a slice a pizza with cheesecake. I asked for my pizza well done it was not if anything it well under done than I had asked for a certain type of cheese I gave three options I would love to try I received none and when I recicved it was smashed and ruined. Finally I asked for a peach tea it was unsweet . I called to ask how we could resolve this issue man was very rude with lots of attitude with never be returning !

Lively, loud pizza/pasta place near the university. Food is great. Bar section with TV for sports watching. We come here regularly when we visit Albuquerque because it's my college daughter's favorite.

I have not been in years but wanted to go try some old favorites. 1st- are the brewing their own beer? It stinks in there like dirty mop water- but that odor is often mistaken for the yeast smell of the brew. Or they need to clean and replace that water in the middle and clean those drains. Noticed a 3% added for cards so I attempted to pay with cash. My bill was $25.00 and I handed them a $100 but was told they did not have change :( So I was forced to use my card and pay an additional 3%. Glad I am not a frequent patron of this place because I will likely never go back.

The Gourmet Margherita Pizza had a perfect crunch in the crust and was topped with olive oil (Was it a blend? IDK). The flavor was delicious and the slight char in the crust gave it a classy aftertaste. The crust didn't have an amazing freshness in taste, but its texture made for an impressive bite. The cheese was top quality with a nice stretch as well.

The restaurant offers free refills, but I was hesitant to ask at first, since the fountain machines are all located behind the ordering counter. The cannoli were decent. I tried the chocolate and the regular, preferring the taste of the latter. One Gourmet Margherita Pizza, traditional, with a large beverage and two cannoli Is approximately $30 in the year 2026. This meal could have easily fed two hungry people, but I didn't share.

---- I will return
