Sammy's Cafe & Deli

Went to Sammy's for a business lunch. Had Gregory’s Italian Grinder, it was really good. Service was friendly and timely. Enjoyed the meal and will return to try additional menu offerings.

I misordered a meal for breakfast and staff was super accommodating. When I realized my mistake they provided the food I meant to order (salmon for a bagel) and then packed up my mistaken order for lunch. Easy and very accommodating! Will be back soon

White man with blue eyes and a blue t-shirt had an attitude. Idk if he was the owner because he was sitting on his laptop, but did not appreciate it.

First time here and we will absolutely be back again and again. Loved the reuben, the house made Russian dressing was perfect, and the Cubano was great as well.

The Sunday sando was to die for, I would come back just for this. The Asiago cheese was crispy and flavorful, it perfectly complimented the prosciutto and arugula. The oat milk latte was delicious as well.

Great food, great prices right in downtown Albuquerque.

We tried Sammy's for the first time and we're very pleased with everything. Food was fresh, made from quality ingredients, and tasted great. The Italian grinder was one of the best I've had in New Mexico. An overall great experience.

Best cubano in town

Had the Crazy Ruben and the Cobb. Blown away with how tasty they were. Would recommend!

Nice quaint place! I got the Italian Grinder and OMG it was HUGE and amazing! Tons of meat, so full! Staff was wonderful!

Nothing special, mediocre sandwiches with no side for 12+ dollars. rooting for businesses Downtown but this is not what we want.

I went there for breakfast and got the steak and eggs and a coffee. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was well put together and tasted amazing ! I went back today and ordered my team at work breakfast burritos and they all agreed they are delicious burritos. The eggs were nice and fluffy , bacon was crispy and on point and the chile had a great taste ! 10/10 for sure ! Can’t wait for them to open up the banquet. Definitely going to take my team there again for amazing food . Looking for a nice place to eat and a great atmosphere highly recommend this place !

Genuinely fantastic!
We wanted to try a new spot this morning and ended up with great service and even better food. Even after I had to get something corrected, which was timely and very easy, I got to enjoy actually the best steak I've ever had for breakfast. The blend of flavors was a delight, and the composition of the plate was so good!! From the acidity of the tomato salad that perfectly complimented the almost sweet seasonings on the steak, to the potatoes that perfectly rounded it all out. I may be insane, but were there pink peppercorns and saffron on those potatoes? Either way, all the spices were subtle and delicious. Go eat here!!

I’ve been here a few times and the food has been hit or miss. The last time I went I ordered the pastrami sandwich. I’ve never had a pastrami sandwich cooked up like taco meat, where the edges of the meat were almost burnt. I gotta say one of the most mediocre experiences For a $16 sandwich I’ve ever had.
